Funny how one Denny’s can differ from another. Perhaps not in the diligent way servers perform, but certainly in the way food is prepared. Take Bacon 🥓 for instance: in one Denny’s it comes almost burnt, please do not insist is crispy, in the other arrives just right. This particular Denny’s gets recognition for overall better food, and lucky for us when we visited, outstanding service, with big smiles and plenty of coffee refills. I forgot the name of our server, but I definitely will include her picture, for she made sure the occasion glittered, unusually so for Denny’s. Great conversationalist, brisk and efficient, truly an asset to the sometimes iffy franchise. 2 Lumberjacks, and a Senior Special with Belgian Waffle, nice name, but I am almost sure it was more local than what the title suggested. One of those times were eggs were cooked as requested, and the bacon did not fall asleep 😴 while being cooked, arrived picture perfect, ham and sausage links better than the last few times. Even the Coffee tasted better than chicory chips. My group was happy 😊 and vowed, if Denny’s was to be repeated, this location would be the preferred location. Which proves the wildly debated point, that is not the franchise that is to blame when it falls short of the mark, it is the location and the people running the show. In this case, nice all together at the Wildomar...
Read moreToday's visit was awesome. It was our first dine-in experience post quarantine, and it did not disappoint.
Our burgers were freshly made of piping hot delicousness. I think it was the best burger i have ever had at a Denny's. Every bite melted in your mouth. The fries were done perfectly crispy and ALMOST too hot. They remained an enjoably edible temperature the entire time i was eating them. I was munching them while waiting for a picky 5yr old to eat, to give you an idea of how long these fries were hot.
Our waitress Jenni was amazing. Perfectly attentive, not over bearing at all and i did not feel ignored in the least. I hadn't even realized my son had finished his drink and she was there with a refill. As soon as my drink was in need of refreshment, she was there.
Everyone working had masks on, that i saw anyways. Spaces are marked on the floor to provide distancing guidlines. Every other booth has a large wrapped gift to allow for diner separation. All the tables are labeled after they are disinfected and the girl i saw disinfecting a table was taking her job VERY seriously. I have no doubt that you won't catch ANYTHING if this girly cleaned your table. I will absolutely drive out of my way to come back to this location, rather than the ones closer to my home, for the quality of food and service i experienced...
Read moreThis Denny's was the worst!! I paid 99 cent for extra mushrooms, 99 cent for extra spinach on my supreme skillet, when I got home there were about 10 potatoes on the bottom and barely and vegetables and certainly not extra for what I paid. When I went all the way back the manager was so rude and just unpleasant, didn't get any compensation for having to go back at 7 at night. My skillet tasted like it was left in the fridge uncovered all night and reheated!!! It tasted old and definitely not fresh. I used to go here a lot for to go orders and I rest everyone with respect but this was an awful experience and I don't know if I'll go back so not worth the 65.00 I spent in total and yes I still tipped them, so I paid for terrible food and terrible customer service. Thanks Denny's for making my anniversary dinner so bad, I picked it because I love the skillets, I really regret...
