Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Wildomar

Everyone here is very nice, for some reason the lady manager is mean and impatient and always talks crap with one other girl or guy that will engage in kitchen area about customers or ppl they work with…Doesn’t she realize she should be the most kind, respectful and responsible one not the one in a rude or caddy placement.

Heartbreaking I come here allot and when she’s on shift I dread the experience. Don’t know her Name but you’ll know when she helps you because of howCareless and disrespected you’ll feel after she’s done helping you. It’s August 5 at 5 o’clock so whoever is on the shift at this time as the manager that’s her name.

I’ve worked in restaurants for over 20 years and this is probably one of the main bad energies that have stood out.

I hope they findThe job that truly makes them happy because it doesn’tSeem that this place gives them joy so they can’t get it back out to customers as well what goes around comes around you gotta leave your anger and judgment at home.

Trust me I feel the same in my job and socks and it’s stressful and people are not easy to deal with but I said, meditate and exercise when I’m back so I don’t have to bring it to the ones that are depending on me to get on the bus sales experience when all they have some times is that place to escape...

Last night I placed a Mobil order got a text saying the order was ready @7:56pm so we head over. We only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. My man goes in to get the food I’m assuming he’s just gonna walk in and out since they texted us letting him know the food is ready. Well like 15 minutes go by and he finally comes out with our food. He proceeded to tell me that he wait at the counter to be helped by someone for about 5 minutes after he was finally helped the staff doesn’t know where our order is and is very confused. So my man takes a seat and notices that there is a Togo back of to the side on counter near the register. As the staff continues to try and figure out what happen another almost 10 minutes pass. Then lo and behold the cook realizes that the food that was sitting there the whole time was our food!! He comes to car with our order and me realizing since I’m the one who places the order they didn’t give him the drinks so he has to go back in and get the drinks. So it’s now 8:35 and we are just leaving the restaurant again we live down the street. Food was cold burger was dry as hell! I hate to complain but this is not the first negative experience I’ve had here. The inside isn’t to well kept always dirty. For the price of the food I honestly...

First time trying Habit. With so many delicious places to eat, I have no idea why this place exists. Four of us ate there. Three plain burger combo meals with bacon added, one with tempura green beans instead of fries and also one sourdough burger with a drink and green beans and it was $75. Very tiny burgers. They looked like McDonald's cheeseburgers with a slightly larger patty and the bacon could not be seen unless the bun was lifted off showing one slice of bacon broken arranged in a circle. Most of the tables were dirty with drink spills, napkins, and crumbs. The staff was robotic even after I told them I'd never been to a Habit and asked what is popular and the gentleman just told me what he eats. It was not very convincing that he even likes the food there. The location was dirty and maybe that was an anomaly but the food was boring, bland, and overpriced and that's the reason I won't ever return to a Habit.
