My family orders from here all the time, and service is hardly great but the food usually comes out good. To be fair, there are a couple employees that help this location have a better atmosphere. We do a lot of DoorDash as well, and the food is usually delivered sealed with stickers and in a sealed bag, but this time it had none of those, and it wasnât filled to the top.. there was a noticeable gap. We are fighting the cold thatâs going around and donât want to take any chances with food that may have been tampered with because it wasnât properly sealed. I called the store and the employee couldnât seem to care less and offered no resolution. I drove down there to ask for the drink to be remade so I can ensure itâs safe for my family to drink, and after arguing with me about the efficacy of the stickers and sealing the product the employee says âI guessâ with the worst attitude. I appreciate him doing the right thing and remaking it but this kind of customer service is abhorrent. I come to this location just about weekly and this employee almost always has a âcouldnât care lessâattitude and thatâs reflected in the food he makes as well. I asked for the energizer açaĂ and realized the âenergyâ may mean caffeine and didnât want to give me 3 year old caffeine. I asked her what the vague âenergyâ means and she said you can read the pamphlets on whatâs in our smoothies⌠I wanted to ask her âyou donât know if your energy drink has caffeine in it?â But held my tongue. After a few brief awkward moments of browsing the pamphlet as she stood there looking at me, I gave up and decided to get the other non âenergyâ açaĂ option. After ordering and having more time, I looked throughout the pamphlet, only to find it doesnât have a single description of what âenergyâ means. When I walked in I was the only customer and thatâs why I ordered. I was on my way to work and wouldâve been late had I stayed and waited for it. She asked me if I can pick it up later. I told her I couldnât because Iâd be at work. She asked for my name and number and I gave it to her. She said she would leave the information at the front for when I returned. Well, I visited the store yesterday and the gentleman that helped me was very kind and professional. There was no paper with my information on it. He took care me like she shouldâve.
