Arby's — Restaurant in Wildwood

When this store first opened everything was good hot and fresh food well now what can you say other than don't waste your time just like any other fast food restaurant it's trash..... this makes the second time in the past month we went for lunch not really busy but the fries are warm but taste like trash is it to much to ask to change the cooking grease good lord......the chicken bacon swiss couldn't even get one bite down the chicken was soo dry the color of the chicken was darker then the bacon the bread tasted like cardboard....when are companies going to start worrying about the quality and not the quantity of the stores absolutely sad will never...

Went there and spent 56.47 in food. There was hair in my roast beef and the beef was deep red. Took it back in and the lady was very rude, never apologized told me to keep the food and why would I with hair in it. She said they were going to just throw it away. They remade the food and got home and bingo raw meat again. Had to throw everything in the trash. Filled out complaints form but really expect to hear nothing. Have photos and will pursue other options if I'm not fully refunded and get a response from the company

I love Arby's we have a great restaurant right next to our house with a great staff there a really good food and they always send us special offers by text and they leave coupons in the mailbox.
