I’m thrilled to share my glowing review of Culver’s, a burger place that has become a favorite spot for me and my team. As the owner of Mr. Mold of Hernando, I often treat my crew to meals after a hard day’s work, and Culver’s has consistently delivered an exceptional dining experience that keeps us coming back for more.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Culver’s is always friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. They go out of their way to ensure that every visit is pleasant and enjoyable, whether you’re dining in or picking up an order to go.
The food at Culver’s is simply outstanding. Their ButterBurgers are the best I’ve ever tasted—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each bite is a testament to their commitment to quality. The fresh, never-frozen beef, combined with a perfectly toasted bun, makes for a burger experience that is second to none. And it’s not just the burgers that shine; the wide variety of menu options means there’s something for everyone on my team to enjoy.
The cheese curds are a must-try—crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, they are the perfect complement to any meal. And the crinkle-cut fries? They’re always hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. We often indulge in their delicious frozen custard as well, which is the perfect way to top off our meal. The rotating flavors and the option to create your own sundae or concrete mixer keeps things exciting, and it’s always a treat to see what new flavors are available.
What truly sets Culver’s apart, though, is their commitment to excellence and community. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and strive to provide the best possible dining experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the ingredients, and the friendly service all reflect this dedication. It’s a place where we can relax and enjoy a great meal, knowing that every detail has been thoughtfully considered.
For a busy team like mine, the convenience and reliability of Culver’s are invaluable. Whether we’re grabbing a quick lunch or enjoying a leisurely dinner, we know that we’re going to get great food and fantastic service every time. It’s become a tradition for us to head to Culver’s after completing a big job, and it’s something we all look forward to.
In summary, Culver’s is more than just a burger place—it’s a cornerstone of our community and a staple for my team. The combination of amazing food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a standout choice for any meal. If you haven’t tried Culver’s yet, I highly recommend you do. It’s a dining experience that will leave you satisfied and eager to return.
Thank you, Culver’s, for consistently providing such a wonderful place for me and my guys to enjoy. We look forward to many more delicious meals together!

Read moreFor the second time in a row, Culvers completely wasted my time. Twice I have placed orders online, giving Culvers ample time (45 minutes to an hour each time) to accept, prepare, and walk my orders to the "curd side" pick up area. I arrive, announce my arrival, and Wait ... And Wait ... And Wait ... Both times more than 20 minutes, before I proceed inside myself, in search of answers. I have given Culvers the benefit of the "we're very busy" doubt, and have pointed out to them that my order online should take precedence over an order that was taken after I had scheduled my arrival....otherwise Do Not Accept OnLine Orders. My Time is worth more than you are crediting me for. In two visits, Culvers has wasted a sum total of an Hour and Ten Minutes of My Time. Wasted Time isn't the only issue. The first online order sat on a rack and the Burgers and Fries were cold, and the Shakes partially melted, by the time I finally conceded that I was on my own and walked inside and picked up my "curd side" order...today, I went in to find the order hadn't even been processed completely, 25 minutes after it was due. I get the order home, and of course there are issues...dry, burnt burger with the wrong condiments, cold fries and curds... The negative review that I posted after the 1st incident, I removed after a week. I knew the 1st time was just an isolated incident, till today. Culvers, on Sundance in Wildwood, is Not prepared to accept a "rush" of customers, be it lunch, dinner or other. I spoke to multiple customers who were in similar circumstances as mine, Stuck, waiting on their orders. Some had actually waited In person, much longer than I would have without seeking a refund and going elsewhere. I cannot recommend this location. I would encourage their management to prepare their people for lunch and dinner "rushes", and to remove the option to order online, it's just a waste of customers time. The saying goes "fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me!" I am ashamed. There will be no 3rd opportunity to make a fool of me or waste my precious time. You have one Job, and you are failing at it on a variety of levels Culvers. If 1 person is posting negatively about a situation, you can rest assured that many, many more, who aren't posting, feel the same way! Shame on You, Culvers on Sundance...
Read moreI am a big fan of Culver’s but this location was a total nightmare. I tried twice and both times they failed at the same mistake even after me over emphasizing the second time.. no mayo! I had to wait 38 minutes in a line where cars behind me got to leave long before I did. I asked the staff if everything was ok, did they forget about us and she said she would check. She comes back with our food. Fries were cold, maybe she forgot to grab it? And ofc mayo on the sandwich. I walked in to a packed room full of angry customers who clearly were sick of waiting for their food. I asked her to make a new sandwich and she said it would take 15-20 minutes because I would need to wait til they got all the other orders out. I told her that was insane, I should be rushed ahead considering they messed up.. not put back at the end of the line. She said she was understaffed and apologized —the place was packed with employees there is no way that’s the case, however .. if that’s true then maybe they should place a sign on the order windows that states that each customer is looking at a 45 minutes+ wait time before locking them in the drive thru !!!! Seems like common sense. When I said that the customers behind me all agreed .. clearly they were also fed up. She offered a refund with a receipt which I had left in the car, and told me she could get to it in 5-10 minutes because they were really busy. I passed on the refund, couldn’t waste more of my time. Thanks for wasting over an hour of my day to leave with nothing to eat but cold fries and wasted money spent. I won’t be back...
