Subway — Restaurant in Wildwood

If you want your sandwich made the way you like it then this is not the place for you, was a previously made review but it is not completely accurate. Almost all chain restaurants are exactly the same. What is different are the people working. NICOLE, works morning shift,is the problem at this location simply because of her CRAPPY attitude,SNIDE comments, wanting2 ONLY DO IT HER WAY, &basic lack of people skills. Having such a sorry store mgr,since he sees the way she treats customers&does nothing about it,is another issue. 3 OTHERS are; the microwave HAS BEEN moved 2the back where u can no longer see ur food,if u want heated (not toasted),they generally tend2 OVER TOAST& NICOLE will purposely burn ur food out of spite,if she feels u challenged her. After paying cash,they don't even give u a receipt,theres NO POSTED sign, if u have any concerns call... # either& signing up 4 their texting of coupons 2ur phone is useless, since it's only VALID for 36hrs(usually)& regularly it's only the one for a 4.99 6in combo! At just under $10 (good 12"sub)& 4 people who live on a fixed income, IT'S A LUXURY, So WHY CAN'T I GET IT THE WAY I WANT IT ! ALL n ALL u can, just not from NICOLE. I love Subway. And this Subway is always really clean. The employees are also very nice. The last time I came here, I got curbside pickup and they forgot my drink. So I then had to go inside and get the drink myself. Defeats the purpose of Curbside pickup in my opinion. Today when I went, ordered on the app again (AT 1:30pm, wasn't busy at this time), and I asked for my sub to be toasted. It wasn't toasted. It seems as though they always forget just one thing. 6/18 UPDATE: I went again. CURBSIDE pickup...but I had to walk in after I waited outside for 10 minutes past my pickup time. There was no one in line. Came in there today to get a few subs. 1 of the sandwiches was for someone who has a severe allergy to mayo. When the girl used a knife to cut a sandwhich with mayo on it, she went to the sandwhich to cut that one as well which was now covered by mayo. My husband quickly stopped her and asked if she could clean the knife off as that sandwhich is for someone with an allergy to mayo. She rolled her eyes, sighed, cleaned off the knife and then looked at another customer with a look as if this was such a huge problem. (The employee didn't have a name tag but was by herself)
