Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wildwood

Went in on 8/23 around early afternoon to pick up a doordash order and the wonderful woman working was quick and friendly and answered every question I had about coffee flavors and the best way to order a frozen coffee, told her I'd be back the next day to order for myself because the coffees she told me about sounded delicious. Went back the next day around noon and the same lady was there as well as another super friendly woman. The 1st woman (I feel bad for not getting her name) remembered me and made my 2 drinks perfectly and was just an all around amazing human. There's a dunkin less than 1 mile from me but because of her, I will now be driving out of my way to go to this location. She truly was awesome for answering every question I had and even questions I didn't know I had. Other coffee shops I've been to always seemed irritated by my questions because I don't know how to order a coffee I'll like at places like that but she went above and beyond. Went In at 315 ..they were doing shift change no big deal I had one person in front of me and then I was next the girl taking over continue to talk to I assume the manager about being $14 over last night and putting it in a safe none of which we needed to hear also makes you wonder why they're over all the time that they were talking about it never a good sign so she takes care of the lady in front of me gets to me I said I wanted to wake up wraps bacon egg and cheese she literally made the worst face and made a loud sigh basically letting me know I was inconveniencing her with the attitude on the face and the loud side at that point now I'm mad cuz we had already sat there and waited twice because she wouldn't stop talking I turned around and said you know what you have a horrible attitude I am not going to be treated like I'm an inconvenience when this is her job it was absolutely ridiculous I work in Brownwood Plaza we go to Dunkin' Donuts all the time sometimes 3 or 4 times a...

Dunkin Donuts in Brownwood is very popular in The Villages, FL. It is clean and neat, usually busy in the mornings and in the winter months will have a long line if you visit before 11:00 am. They offer online pay so you can totally avoid the line. Nothing better than to walk past the huge line, straight to the counter where your order is ready and waiting!!! They have handicapped/gender specific restrooms, and they share convenient parking with the the rest of the restaurants and shops. Plenty of handicapped parking too. I only gave it 4 stars because they have had issues with morning staff not showing up for work. Also, gone are the days of freshly baked donuts.
