Placed an online order for pickup, says they close at 10, selected soonest pickup time which was 9:40. When we arrived the door was locked and they said they close at 9:45 despite the Subway App and and google saying they were open until 10 PM. Employee held up the order receipt confirming they got the order and just chose not to make it. The order was already payed for and when asked how to get a refund they said they didn't know.
