Still new so this place will probably improve, but here's my experience. We showed up shortly after opening and ordered. We were asked for a tip which is off-putting before you get any food and there is no real service other than making the food you paid for. My wife was handed the tiramisu we bought and then we waited about 25 minutes for the rest, so the tiramisu was room temperature and was awkward standing there holding it the whole time, would have rather they pulled it from the fridge when the rest of the food was ready. I noticed others also holding gelatos, which were probably soup when they got home.
When we got the food, the first thing we tried was the macaroni and cheese. It was literally the worst macaroni and cheese I've ever had in my life and was thrown directly in the trash after one bite. I initially thought they just forgot the cheese sauce and gave me plain noodles, but upon stirring it I could see it was just a very watery sauce that did not stick to the noodles at all, so the noodles are plain noodles with a spoonful of cheese water at the bottom. If this had been the only item I ordered I would have given 1 star and never gone back.
Next up was the Italian hoagie, this too was disappointing. We've had lots of good Italian subs over the years, including Anna's from Gloucester and Kats way down near Avon which blow this away. They charge extra for lettuce on your Italian, and while it wasn't bad like the macaroni and cheese, it was probably the worst Italian I've ever had.
Finally, we had the meat lovers pizza. The crust is really flavorful, but very soggy. Something they put on the pizza is very watery, I suspect they are not thickening the sauce enough but it could be something else, perhaps a frozen topping or a high moisture cheese, I don't know but it's soggy with water (not grease). The pizza was the highlight of the purchase and is the reason for two stars instead of one, but given the $16 price tag before tax and tip, the size of it and sogginess of it, I don't think it was worth it.
I really like the staff and hope things get...

The Susan Constance Burger: A Symphony of Flavor Now, let's talk about what I tried. The Susan Constance Burger is quite simply burger excellence. The blend of meats and the masterful smash technique create a perfect sear crust on the two patties. The white American cheese and onions meld together in a harmonious symphony of deliciousness. Seriously, this burger is so perfect it needs no mayo or other condiments. And the fries? Cooked in beef tallow, they are nothing short of fry perfection.
Dizzy Izzy Pizza: A Dreamy DelightI also took home the Dizzy Izzy Pizza. As far as white pizzas with sausage go, this one is unbeatable. From the creamy ricotta to the fragrant olive oil, every element hits just right. This is definitely a pizza you'll want to enjoy at home, as it's the kind of satisfying meal that will happily put you to sleep shortly after.
The Perfect Sweet Ending... Just when I thought my order was complete, the friendly lady at the register pointed out their tempting selection of desserts. I couldn't resist a small tiramisu to save for later. One bite at home confirmed it: this is the ideal "end-of-the-day" treat. Absolute perfection and easily a "tiramisu 10/10."

I stopped at Dizzy Izzys for the first time yesterday. I had been following them on facebook for a while and really liked what theyre about. The food looked great, the pricing was surprisingly good and the daily special menu options always got my attention. I ordered the philly cheesesteak, fries and a Mexican fanta orange. Side note: they have a great selection of soft drinks.
The chef and the server were both really friendly and sociable. My server told me at the register that my prder would take 10-15 minutes. I waited on the patio and she brought it out to me in five. First off, 9/10. The sub rolls are shipped from Philly and served warm and soft. They have a great chew. The cheesesteak itself is delicious. Tender chopped steak with rich, buttery cheese folded in that hit the spot during yesterdays cooler, drab weather. Paired with their flaky, crunchy fries(IYKYK) that they cook in beef tallow, it was comfort food I didnt know how much I needed. My cheesesteak, fries and a REAL orange fanta was $17. Im giving the food a 9/10 only because I hold a borderline unrealistic expectations for the size of a cheesesteak, even though I only ate half of the one I was served.
I left around 1:30 and the parking lot started getting full, fast. The secret seems to be out and Im late to the party but Dizzy Izzys really deserves the good review and I will most definitely be coming back soon.
By the way, I didnt post the pic of my cheesesteak only because my photos just didnt do it justice. Take it from a guy using a fake name on the internet, its...
