Kimball's Pub — Restaurant in Williamsport

I found this hidden gem while passing through. Killer local beer options and an even better food menu. It's an unassuming spot that may easily be dismissed. It's less than 5 mins off the highway near the Sheets.......where you stopped to take a leak and gassed up.....and sucks......(sorry PA folks.....many Sheets are now dirty and subpar)........ yet Kimballs pub is worthy of a stop.

The Kimballs' staff is commited to the pub and I felt a communal vibe inside. I was fotunate to meet a kind staff member named Tatyana. She is lovely and made me feel at home. I apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly. Tat, as l learned she is affectionately known, provided me guidance on what to choose from a a banging and diverse menu. The place is great, and also includes vegetarian options. (Your welcome Ape)

Just wanted to stop in here with my friend for a quick drink and chat, but when we handed our ids over mine was examined thoroughly before being given a piece of paper to fill out as written proof my id isn’t fake. I’ve been to bars all over williamsport and have never had to fill out any paperwork, so I asked for my id back because i’d rather go somewhere else, and i kept getting repeatedly accused of my id being fake, the bartender wouldn’t hand it back, so eventually i threatened to call the police. i wouldn’t do that if i were using a fake. went to the bar on market where i was served without having to fill out any sort of paperwork.. because my id is real and valid. will not be returning or recommending to anyone, this was wack. get an id reader, because apparently this happened to a couple of other girls a...

The staff at Kimball's are always friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuine. After only a few visits, I felt like I was receiving the treatment of a "regular," such that the employees could guess what I wanted or make excellent suggestions based on my likes and dislikes. There is a surprisingly large selection of food and drinks, with enough customization options and flexibility to cope with different tastes and diets; the menu has tempeh and is friendly to vegetarians.
