I would say NOT to do business with this company whatsoever.
I ordered something on Amazon from this business and they sent me a different version of the same figure. I told them and let them know of the problem. They told me to send it back for a refund or a replacement. So I did so. Then I got NO refund and NO replacement. So I asked what was the problem and they didn't give me a clear answer. So I talked to Amazon and they said that the seller Ozone Toys is saying they never gotten it. I said that isn't true I sent it back. So I had to open up a claim and The seller was still unwilling to refund me.My money, so the claim was closed out.But I never received the refund and my bank said they cannot force the funds out of his account. Then I opened up a BBB claim and the seller said this.
"This transaction was sold by Ozone toys, but fulfilled by Amazon, as it was already at one of their warehouses when the customer purchased it. We have no record of any communication, and he did not provide any along with his complaint. As you can see from the screenshots he did provide, his return was sent to an Amazon facility in xxxxx. We are located in PA. Any "Fulfilled Buy Amazon" issues are handled by Amazon. If he had reached out to us, we would have told him that. We have no idea why Amazon had him send it back but did not refund him."
So after I got this message form BBB I did try to call them. I have been trying for a full week around business hours and they don't pick up and I can't leave a voice mail.
Also I replied back saying how "The seller acknowledged that the product would send back even though he told my card holder the complete opposite". "Also The product that I sent back has to be somewhere. But the seller is pointing the finger at Amazon and Amazon is telling me him".
Overall he stole $163 from me and I STILL didn't get what I ordered. I can share all screenshots if needed.
Edit 10/15/24: I can't reply to this what Ozone Toys as said but I do not have transcripts of what was said through a phone call. I told Ozone Toys that. Also I didn't post my Direct Location on the review due date it's not logical to do so for safety reasons for myself but Ozone Toys think otherwise.
Also I can't get in contact with them by phone about this problem but luckily a worker gave me there email. An they tried to help but was pushing the blame onto Amazon. First I was told by a BBB it's my fault because I sent it back and because I sent it back it went to Amazon. Amazon Provided me the return label. When I told them about the problem they just said they're gonna send me a label to send it back. BUT now it's a problem. They also said that I " Refuse to refused to show communications with them". Again I do not have the transcripts for a phone call Amazon doesn't send that to a customer.
But lastly I will post pictures of the Original reply from Ozone Toys to this review for Clarification. I will also post my return information because I do have that to show that it was sent back when I got a label. But Amazon/Ozone Toys Refuse to send me a replacement for the damaged item because It was Packed incorrectly or send me a refund if they still don't have the figure instock. I do not have the transcripts of the phone call. But that doesn't mean that I CAN'T get sent out a...
Read moreAs an in box collector for many years...I found joy just finding and purchasing what made me happy. But one thing as a collector that dawns on us all is space. Once life hits and a change in direction is necessary...it is nice to know that a company like Ozone Toys makes it easy for us collectors to relinquish what once made us joyful to share it with other collectors. The process that I have experienced and faced with was overall easy and straight forward. It is a process that let's us collectors downsize without the hassle of listing and selling and waiting...and above all saves us time. I am not a reseller but a collector very much so. I understand that Ozone Toys is a business and that everyone comes out on top at the end...I receive a fair price for my items while in turn the company could make their share. All in all at the end everyone receives a fair shake. The only caution i would have to bring up to all collectors/sellers is please make sure when you ship all the items you plan to sell...please please do it with integrity. Make sure it is packed well and safe. I do appreciate Ozone Toys and how their system works...it's very user friendly. And I appreciate the quotes that I have gotten from all items that I have sent in so far. I will continue to use my due diligence in sending them in box items safely...knowing that they have my back once my items arrive safely. I appreciate Ozone Toys as a company and everyone their knowing that my items are in safe hands to transfer to a new set of hands. All in all I am content and satsified...hats off and cheers to Ozone Toys....
Read moreThis place is interesting, with a wide selection of offerings. There is a wide selection of vintage toys, both new and used. But, currently, the parking is unclear and awful. The show room is poorly lit, and when looking there was nothing that jumped out at me. They did have a good selection of rare pops, and they know exactly how much they are worth. That is not bad, but do go there expecting to find a deal. Their common funkos are below market, so if you need filler, it's a good place. Overall it's worth a stop, but don't go in excited. They did state they were freshly moved when we went, so maybe as time goes on, it will change. It would be nice to see them mixed some modern toys in. Things like transformers and star wars could use that padding, so maybe a hasbro distribution would help. Finally, the last nail in the coffin for me, and why I won't go back. Vintage toys are hard to come by, there for the market speaks to their price. Modern toys are not the same, there are clear instances where they are going to Walmart buying a toy then scalping it for three times the price. No one wins when people scalp products, even if its you business model. Eventually it causes the collector base to evaporate and you get left...
