Stopped here with hubby on the way home from hiking fo the summit of Mt greyloxk. The pizza was cooked to absolute perfection. Crust was thin, airy and crispy but with that perfect doughy texture. . Iblove that you can see all the ingredients and the girls making your pizzas rightvthere in front of you behind the glass. Love that on the menu under specialty pizzas they offer suggested toppings. We got Buffalo chicken with mozzarella and added roasted onions and oancetta. We also got classic pizza with 50/50 mozzarella ans provolone and added suggestions of EVOO, parmasean and fresh basil and added pepperoni. They offer canned beer, canned wine, canned RTD cocktails. Small selection but perfect for this kind of establishment. Proces are affordable. It starts at about $14 for a pizza. They offer one size and for an average person this size would probably leave you with a slice or 2 to take home. So happy we found this. It's almostv2 hour ride from home but if we are out hiking this way again soon, which we will be we will stop in.

Took a ride to Williamtown to give Crust pizza a shot. I can say the pizza was good, we got sausage, onions and 1/2 mushrooms. It did take about 20 minutes + for our pizza to come out. They had 2 beers on tap BBC and Shire brewery, which are both good. The only thing I didn’t like was the atmosphere, it felt like I was in an over lit cafeteria. The lights were so bright you couldn’t even look up. Metal tables and chairs with nothing on the tables like salt, pepper, grated cheese or condiment caddies. We probably would get another pizza because it was good. Give it a try see what you think. It’s a bit hidden down a side alley off Spring Street. Lots of Williams College students due to its location.

Best pizza you will ever have! Not your average pizza shop. 100% organic ingredients & toppings. You can tell the toppings are fresh. I live just over the border in Grafton NY, I’ve spent a lot of time in Albany & CRUST tops them all. They also sell locally crafted ice cream, frozen yogurt, & coconut ice cream. The flavors are super unique like lucky charms cereal, banana, apple pie, & so many more. I’ve never seen such an assortment of ice cream.

Read the great reviews and decided to give this a try. When we went in, there were a couple people ahead of us but it wasn’t too busy. So we placed our order and 25 min later we still didn’t have our food. I proceeded to ask about how long it would be and she was not very friendly and proceeded to tell me it will be at least another 15 min. That’s when I realized they hadn’t even made out pizzas yet and there were no pizzas in the oven. Overall it took exactly 50 min for two pizzas that should have taken 10, 20 max. The pizza itself was good but nothing extravagant. Probably won’t go here again.

Thank you for your reply. We ordered at 301pm. I do realize you had other orders/ phone orders etc but there was only 2 people working and it seems the dine in orders were not prioritized at all. They were able to get 3 more people there in a flash which I must say was impressive but unfortunately we still waited until 350...

In the area for a long weekend and picked up CRUST twice bc it seems like the best quick option in the area. The pizza is unique and excellent for the price. The salads are very good too although quite basic. Highly recommend though since it’s quick, pretty low price for what it is, and as the name implies the crust is what makes this pizza - it’s pretty thin and crispy but with some soft volume in the outer crust.

The only thing I’ll say, and I’m not going to take away a star bc it has nothing to do with the food, but both times we went it was very Smokey in there where it sting the eyes and you could see it pretty thick in the air. They need to update their ventilation system, unless maybe something was just broken this weekend. We wanted to eat there the first day but it was so bad we took it to go. The next time wasn’t quite as bad but still enough where I wanted to get out of there. Great food though so just...
