Jersey Bagel Cafe & Pizza — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

I had the worst Experience at Jersey pizza & bagel cafe in willingboro I ordered an large pizza pie and fried oreos. For the fried oreos the sign said it was $5 for the fried oreos when I looked at my receipt. It said i paid $6.50 but the poster inside clearly says $5 fried oreos when I explain to the young lady. That it says $5, and I was charged $6.50 She said that she was very sorry . I ask to speak to someone but there was no manager there at the time when I request to speak to someone she sent out the pizza guy He was very rude and not helpful at all. His tone was very nasty very nasty When I ask to speak to the manager.He said that she was sleeping and I would have to come back another time I explained everything to him about the sign clearly saying $5 for the fried oreos he even said that's a old poster when I request to get my $1.50 he told me no . As he's talking to me, he called another gentleman to come and change the sign and right in front of my face.They changed it from $5 to $6.50 I even request to just get a bag of chips or something to reimburse me. For the $1.50 I was charged extra at the time. He still continued to be nasty and rude and said no, but the young lady who was at the cash register from the time I walked in was very welcoming very polite and very kind and I appreciate that from her. I wish I would have gotten her name but I didn't but I thanked her at the end.but I would never ever go into this establishment again.if this is how they treat their customers (first and last...

UPDATE: We ordered breakfast sandwiches for pick-up. I really wish I had checked the food before I left there. A pork roll and cheese sandwich was on a stale roll with only two thin pieces of pork roll and one slice of a plastic like cheese. They screwed of all the condiments putting either on the wrong sandwich or not putting anything on at all. When I called to complain about the poor quality and lack of quantity for a $7 sandwich, I was placed on hold for 5 minutes only to be told that's just the way we make it. No apology for screwing up, no concern that I will never go there again, and absolutely no clue how to run a business. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I did not follow my own advice today. I forgot to check my food before I left the shop. I went to the shop to order my food. The lady that took my order verified what I wanted on my hoagie. It was also written in the slip that is stapled on the bag. When I went home and open thr bag I immediately noticed that my order was once again messed up. I asked for a simple turkey hoagie with cheece mayo and pickles without lettuce tomato and onions, and what was on this hoagie? All of the stuff I asked not to be put on it.

Be 100% clear about what you want on your order and double-check it before you leave the shop. We have had our cheesesteak orders incorrect a few times. I asked for a cheesesteak sub with just cheese and a cheesesteak sub with grilled onions. I got the one with onions, but the other was a hoagie with lettuce tomato and onions.
