Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Willis

Hello I am so disappointed in the service that I received at this location simply because I have never had any issues with the service or the food but on this visit there was a couple as I intend to list . First let begin with the portion size of the chicken strip basket in which I purchased let’s just say I should have went to McDonald’s. The chicken nuggets that they offer would have double in portion size compared the strips that I receive and a handful of cold fries number two my debit card Was hit five times, but I actually cannot hold them accountable for all five since two was reimbursed. I called. I spoke with several individuals. I was told that I should speak with the manager, which I will not name out of respect who told me that if I brought proof up to the store that her Supervisor, the owner of the facility would reimburse me my money which I did last Sunday and she asked for pictures of the receipt telephone number she stepped in the back and return and told me that her owner was in church. Could she give me a call back after she speak with her owner and they would reimburse me my money. I said no problem I said yes I have waited and waited. No call. Call back several times same thing runaround this individual was not there and she will call me .when I call the number she asked me to text the pictures of the receipts too because initially I tried to text but they would not go through so she took a picture of the receipt. I have called the number I have messaged the number I have called the facility I continue to receive the same simple lie, and I have yet to be refunded so in saying that I give it to God and I hope you all have a blessed day and the little money that you took off my card I hope that it can make a difference in your life, but yes, I will continue speaking of this I’m not slandering anyone’s name because this is true to fact I will continue to tell the story because if you all did me like this, I can only imagine how you have done others. Guy who took my order was nice but in training and knew close to nothing about anything he was struggling to take my order which is totally understandable factors being he is brand new but he was trying, his trainer though was what kinda got me she while he slowly was taking my order was at the other register swiftly taking orders to everyone who was behind me and he kept trying to ask her questions how to do things and instead of stopping and telling her person 1 second and serving me who was first she told him hold on wait til im done and i got you. So 3 people behind me now ordered ahead of me. Then i got my food and got it home not even 10 mins away and my blizzard and shake were straight water. I had to get fanta because they were outta vanilla stuff at the moment(wow) and i settled for fanta because their drink machine inside upon me going to after ordering my to go inside was out of everything but fanta drpepper and Sprite i nicely let them know and got an "ok" from the girl, no offer to get me root beer which i wanted from their machine in back. Got home everything looked great before i left for my whole family but after biting into my chili cheese dog which i told them over and over ONLY CHILI AND CHEESE no onions no extra stuff they did good on no onions but my what looked to be cheese sauce was chili and drowned in MUSTARD! NO CHEESE! besides that and the large onion ring being 6 onion rings only as the side everything else was great. The guy tried so hard i honestly blame the trainer and not him he was very nice and the cook for i guess mixing the cheese sauce and mustard up? Who knows. We went to take advantage of free ice cream. Pulled thru drive thru. Listened to customer order and we ordered the exact same thing 1 blizzard and hoping for 2 small dipped cones free with purchase of blizzard. They informed me it was $8.10. Free ice cream wasn't til the following Monday. After I heard them confirm free ice cream order with app to customer right in front of me. I buy a regular sized dipped cone there about 3x a month for $2.58. Not anymore though. Dipped cone or anything else.

So gave them a 2nd chance and waited in the drive-thru for 15 to 20 minutes. Which I kind of felt sorry for the people that are working there. Someone must have not showed up for work. But that was okay I was trying to be understanding, and when I finally get to the window after ordering just two hunger buster combo meals, waited another five minutes for the girl to ask me to pull over on the side and they would bring it out to me. Ok but then it took another 7 minutes and when they brought the order out to me, she apologized again.
