Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Willis

Actually this pizza was a gift to some friends who have done some very sweet things for me. They have always refused to let me do anything for them. However the other day it came to me maybe they would accept a pizza. So I called and they initially said they couldn't do that but later on said they would be very happy 4 a pizza. They told me where they usually buy theirs and what toppings they like. Everyone had been out of power for quite some time here due to the hurricane. So I called their store but they no longer deliver it was like 105 heat index. So no one wanted to go out and get one. My kids tell me that Marcos has great pizza so I called them back and said would you like a pizza from here because they will deliver it and they said sure do they have good pizza? I had no idea I've never been in there but my kids said it's good n they are Pizza connoisseurs. I called Marcos . Asked if they would deliver the pizza and they said sure and for $23.00 I got an extra large pizza with four toppings and delivery which I thought was a pretty good deal. Later on, . My friends called and said the pizza was amazing. Even better than their usual place. And ordering it was so easy. They had warned me that where they usually buy the pizza the phone ordering was a nightmare. The guy took my order to get my card and within just a couple minutes we were done and they got the pizza way quicker than time estimated. Thanks Marcos! . . Just received our COLD pizza delivery. 4 miles from the shop. The pizza looks well-made and was actually delicious. So, why the 1 star review? Well, I had my daughter, who placed the on-line order, call them after an hour wait (the web site informed us it would be a 40 minute wait). She was told, "it's in-transit." After another 30 minutes, I called to find out what was going on. I spoke to Phillip (as informed by the delivery gentleman, who was very applogetic and nice) and, when I asked him, "so, you're just going to deliver me cold pizza," Phillip informed me, "I TOLD you the driver had two other deliveries," and promptly hung up in my face. This is neither professional nor acceptable under any circumstances. I did not curse at him, nor yell at him, but I did express my frustration. I nearly refused the order when it arrived almost an hour after it was promised but felt badly for the driver and did not want to punish him for Phillip's absolutely atrocious lack of professionalism and manners. I positively will not order from this establishment again, and highly encourage anyone seeking to order on-line from them to seriously reconsider. This is America. We...

I have been ordering from Marco's Pizza since the first day they opened at this location. And I've been very Pleased with the Delicious And Fresh Taste And Awesome Flavors of the Food. Up until today I would always have my orders delivered, which the delivery service and the driver's are Kind, Prompt, my orders are Always Correct. But Today I picked up my order! I met the Staff and the Owners! I Actually Felt Like I was a Family Member Coming Home To Pick Up A Meal From My Sister! Everyone Was Smiling, We were talking like we've been doing this for our Whole Entire Lives❣️ Everything About Marco's Pizza Is Top-Shelf! This Is The Pizzeria Ever ❣️🙏🏿🖤😍 ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.
