The drive-thru here was very busy so I used the mobile order feature as I usually do. I was really surprised at how fast the line in the drive-thru moved while I sat in my car a few minutes before going inside. This Starbucks is very well organized. The merchandise shelf is in perfect order and of course I had to look at tumblers and mugs. The pastries and snacks were well stocked. My drinks were made to perfection. I was so pleased. Regular Starbucks customers have particular tastes and sometimes it can be dissapointing if a drink is totally "off" when you visit a new location. It's apparent the baristas here take time to make each drink to order. Much appreciated! The restrooms here were very clean.

I decided to add an update to my review. I visited this Starbucks location today as I was near the area. There were Starbucks closer to the location I was in however based on the positive experience on the last visit here I drove a few more miles to get there. I was not disappointed. The store was still very clean, neat and well organized. The baristas greeted us when we walked in the door. Our drinks were made to order and the food was fresh. One thing to note is that if you have placed an order on the app and you go inside to pick it up make sure you ask them about it before waiting too long. wish i could say at least the service is good, but they’ll let u sit there for over 10 mins while twiddling their thumbs doing nothing, while your order is sitting around somewhere….. AND THEN once you get your order it’s gonna have their hair in it, idk how they aren’t required to wear hair nets seeing as their prepare food all day long
UPDATE: i picked up my order and the girl at the window said “let me find your drink” and then proceeded to give me the completely wrong drink, and then i notice once i get back home that they gave me the completely wrong chips, so i called them, they begin to tell me that the ones that i ordered were “discontinued” when they are on the app, and nobody thought to ask me if i even still wanted the chips, because the answer is NO. then she tells me that she can’t do anything and i need to contact customer support for a refund, didn’t even try to offer me anything else….. Black Rock Coffee is more expensive, but now i see why my family pays more for the same things, they actually give them what they order....
Read moreI ordered a drink at the speaker and they neglected to tell me they didn't have the syrup for my drink. I received it and was told at the window they did not have the syrup after I already paid. I called and spoke with the assistant manager about a remake which they said they could do the next day since I couldn't go back because I had to get to work. She sounded really put off that I called and was short with me. I would have ordered something else at the speaker if they had just told me they were out of the syrup I use in my coffee. The drink was so horrible I couldn't even drink it. And for anyone who has to have their coffee in the morning like I do, this really sucks. The people at the window acted like I inconvenienced them as well.. I think I'll be going aomewhere else from now on.
