Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Willmar

2 Terrible experiences --- First one was last year when they said our order would be another 15 minutes when we were 5 minutes past when it said it should be done. I wanted to cancel the order and leave but my wife didn't let me. After so long of not having it tonight, my wife was in town with her mom and our infant for groceries and said I should place the order when she was checking out. I did this at 8:35 p.m. and it said it should be done between 8:50 and 9:00 p.m. --- After nursing our son she got there a little after 9:00 and the driver through worker said it was just being worked on now and their manager apparently decided to send everyone home. Take note this is a Friday and when they have this 50% off all pizzas special so what genius manager would do that? So now my wife is stuck waiting probably 15 - 20 minutes with our son in the car and also groceries which include milk and such. -_- This is why we always pick any of the other pizza places. Jake's is awesome --- Giovanni's is awesome --- Pizza Ranch Rocks --- Thousand Degree's deal for 2 can't be beat. --- WHY does Dominos suck when it comes to service? Waited at the drive up window for at least 10 minutes, I pressed the ringer 3 times and still nobody. People were walking around inside but completely ignored me, I finally had to wave to get their attention. They guy says to me, “well we’re really busy “ ok I see your busy but I ordered about 45 minutes prior. So if you’ve already paid you don’t matter as much as the person walking in? Then he says “ well I'm not sure the buzzer works, and he’s on the other side of the wall so he can’t see out to the delivery window “? My food was semi warm (wings and the cheese bread) and had to reheat it all, and to top it off my husband found a little piece of plastic under his pizza. The food was ok after being reheated, but that’s the reason I ordered takeout. We just started ordering from them again as I don’t like pizza, but will definitely not be ordering again...

I ordered a pizza n went to pick it up. when I got there the young girl in the Drive-Thru told me 10 more minutes so I waited...went back to the drive-thru in 10... I was once again told it's going to be another 8 minutes. So I drove around sat in the parking lot. this point I was told that the pizza would not be ready for 60 minutes 🤔 so left with many questions. I decided to ask why I was lied to about the time in the beginning and not just told that the pizza Not only was nowhere near ready it hadn't even been made and that was because they were 162 pizzas behind on their orders and they wouldn't have the 5:00 orders out until 9:00 I don't know the math on that but I know that I'll never order pizza from that Domino's! My question is do you think it's the strip mall that they're in that creates the poor service...
