Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop #6 — Restaurant in Willmar

My wife and I did a take out order today. Usually do once or twice a month. We used the restaurants official website as always to place our order. When my wife returned she realized they shorted her 2 tamales (she did a order of 6) she then called them let them know. They informed her they changed the price from the tamales so they only gave us 4. She informed them she used the website to order and she wanted her other 2 she bought. The employee still refused. She then Said she wanted a refund. They then told her she can come pick up her other 2. So I had to drive back up there and pick up the other 2 we were shorted. No one apologized to us. They acted like it was our fault for expecting to get what we paid for. We will never return to the restaurant again. Literally thought it was acceptable to steal from us. Because they decided to change the price without changing it on...

Ordered in drive through. 2 separate orders in vehicle. 1st order included 5 hard shell shredded beef tacos they prepared soft ground beef. Had to start over. Rest of that order was ok. My order was to be 1 AZ burrito 1 PORK GREEN CHILI BURRITO and a side of beans. The pork green chili was not received but was given a carnitas burrito didn't discover until we left. Az burrito and beans ok. The carnitas burrito was filled with pieces of bone and what appeared to be big chunks of gristle. It was disgusting. I did not eat after huge chunk was found. We do like most everything here but this might be a game changer for me. Meat should never have bone and nasty big pieces of hard gristle. Not to mention...is was not...

I went through the drive thru and the employee Cardona was rude, he was arguing with me because I was correcting him on my order and to top it off he criticized me because I chose to speak English (him saying “maybe I should speak Spanish when I’m at this restaurant and that maybe he’s upset because he had to work a shift that wasn’t his”) when he was speaking English as well & I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I told him in Spanish that I speak more than 2 languages & if I chose to speak English or any other language it shouldn’t matter. I told him that I didn’t appreciate his attitude and that he was wrong. He kept arguing with me and wouldn’t accept that he was wrong for his action. Beware the worse...
