Denny's — Restaurant in Willowbrook

I did a pickup here. So I can't speak about the food so I will speak on the service and the restaurant 's decor. This Denny's seems like a good place to take the family. It's spacious and clean. The service was horrible. But I'm not going to hold it against them. They were so backed up that when someone walked in or called on the phone to place a to go order, the staff told them that they are not accepting orders right now. There were several delivery drivers that had been waiting upwards of 15 to 20 min. for their orders. The manager was doing all that he could do to get the food out, but unfortunately he was not successful. I then remembered that it was father's day and on top of that a lot of their workers probably did not come back after the pandemic. There's a shortage of workers right now. So I would definitely give this place another chance. I would just advise, don't go here on a holiday or the weekend if you can avoid doing it. But if you do come on a weekend, then come really early, like before 7am. Then you will probably have a more enjoyable experience. Hopefully as things begin to normalize and more people return back to work they will be able to return to the high service standard I am sure they had before...

Since I had a positive and memorable experience when I last visited the Willowbrook Denny’s on Independence Day, I decided I would stop in on my hour gap before I had to return to work. The Lava Skillet Cookie checked off every box as I made my way over to the restaurant which is conveniently located directly across from my workplace. I was greeted by Susana, who had already had five or six tables she was tending to. Despite my frustration from the initial wait, she handled me with grace and finesse, and was able to put a smile on my face. She took care of me, and it became evident to me that she is the reason why there is a notable amount of guests in the restaurant. She won me over with her infectious smile, and her kind presence. This Willowbrook Denny’s is a hidden gem, and I am not sure if it is coincidence or pure talent, but whoever is in charge of selecting these talented young women definitely has great experience as well as insight. Kaileen.O was the name of our waitress she had the best customer service I ever had she was prompt with our food nice and hot order was right and coffee was on point she made sure we had everything we need and the service with the coffee was very good we usually have to waite for the person helping to come back to our tabel but her man she came back to check if everything was good and that we had all we wanted that's what I call a good service satisfying breakfast it was worth what I payed didn't even mind the price she made it happen even thoe my son was on a wheel chair she made sure she put our food on the tabel and served our coffee with out a problem and her smile and service made us feel welcome I want to thank her for one of the best breakfast me and my family had I will for sure go back and site in her service location thank you for...
