If I could get this place a negative billion I would. YESTERDAY AS A NEW YEAR I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I ordered a 10 nugget piece meal instead of the drink I asked for a McFlurry when I pulled up but there was a guy instead of the woman who assisted me over the intercom I paid went over the receipt. I then said “excuse me I’m being charged for a mango pineapple smoothie as to which I did not order. The guy looked so lost and then called for the girl who took my order. I again said I was being charged for the mango on top of the McFlurry instead of explaining why or simply owning the mistake she got loud with my mother and I. I asked her to slow down and bring it down alittle because my newborn was sleeping. To then got more crazy moving her hands and using her tone of voice so aggressively. I reminded her that there is no need to get hostile over a question. If I was being charged correctly then explain. But if I’m questioning it it’s because I don’t recall. She was talking over me and so I let her finish and asked for a name she replied that it was none of my business. Mind you she already sounded like she hated her job over the intercom. .it so sickening to have to go to a place where workers feel in title to try others with no respect. Mc Donald’s need to enforce great customer service I do not understand why we keep this franchises in business if managers in different location won’t implement or enforce. Read moreWorst experience ever. Went insidr to sit down and have dinner. Enter through the dining room past the guards and homeless in the dining room ordered our food. Went back and sat down to wait for our dinner. When waiting they locked the doors and threw out all the loitering people. They called our number and I went to get our food. They had it packed in a bag, and proceeded to put our drinks on a drink carrier. I told him "We don't need that we are eating here.", He said "We are closed you can only take it to go." I said "If a family comes in to order that would usually mean they plan to sit down and eat, why didn't you tell us this before we ordered." He said "It is posted out front.". Upon leaving with our food, I looked at both doors from the parking area. There was not even store hours posted near them. Let alone any posting that you will get thrown out at close. I will never go back to this location again. Lucky for them they are right off the freeway so they can continue to prey on unsuspecting travels for business.
