Stopped by at 8pm, only 2 cars in front of me. Had to wait about 10 minutes to finally get up to speaker. Was not greeted, was not asked to wait, no one said anything. After waiting 5 more minutes drive thru attendant finally asks "what do I need". Ordered a smokehouse combo with unsweetened tea. Attendant says "Sorry we are out of SWEET tea". I said no problem, I asked for unsweetened. He says " oh that's what I meant". I am like really, you close at midnight correct? He says " yes but my manager didn't brew any before leaving at 5". I was like dude it's like after 8. So I drop the subject and just order sandwich. I pay 6 bucks for my sandwich and pull into parking spot to check my food. Very little roast beef, mounds of onion rings and GOBS of steaksauce. I immediately go inside for a refund. The guy does not apologize just says " I'm the only one up front on the line and one guy in the back." And??? Lol. What does that mean? The place should be closed if not enough staff to run the place. By the way the place was completely empty except for two younger people sitting at a table giggling. And the tea urns we're sitting on the counter empty. All the chairs were stacked up on the tables like the place was closed, and here it is a little after 8 pm. Horrible Horrible service, food looked disgusting. The guy obviously could care less. Read moreUPDATE: Gave them another try and was very pleased. The food was hot and tasty (and lots of krinkle fries in a small!). We chose roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and Greek gyros. I did go inside to place the order since I had coupons, and everyone seemed to be in a great mood and were helpful with my order. We'll definitely be back!
PREVIOUS: So disappointed. Waited 15 minutes to order (everyone else behind me was yelling to me, asking if I had ordered, and then they all left). Finally placed the order, paid, and when I got home, I realized they forgot one of the sandwiches and gave me the wrong size fry. I understand the current employee situation, but there really isn't an excuse for getting the wrong order after someone waits so long. Read moreToday my wife and I visited Arby's which we do quite a bit because it's close to our work I wanted to try something a little different, so I went up to the register and asked for chicken nuggets the cashier kind of stumbled for a moment, but was very nice and I happened to look over to where a manager was standing, and he said in a sassy way we serve chicken tenders umm mm not chicken nuggets then turned around and said some to two of his employees who laughed and said oh no I can't believe you just said that. Just letting you know I will never be returning to an Arby's nor my family and close friends as I will make it known what happened today. Have a good day.
