Bojangles — Restaurant in Wilmington

Note: Bojangles is my favorite fast food restaurant. THIS LOCATION has lost my business. I would rather drive across the street to Kentucky Fried Chicken. 3 times I have ordered my usual 2 Cajun, Egg and cheese biscuits and picnic sized Bo-rounds here, at the drive thru. Every time the food was not available or the order was wrong. It was not until I actually waited in line to get to the window that they told me about unavailability. The last time, the young lady charged me a third of the actual price on the order which I did not notice. But when I got my food it was not what I ordered. I looked at the bag and told her it was wrong. She replied-quote-“That is what you ordered” and her tone was indignant and angry. I told her what I did order and she again stated that I was wrong. A supervisor came to the window and looked, corrected the order to what I actually did order and told me it was the ordering computer’s fault. I made mention of the rudeness of the clerk and asked for my money back. The clerk interjected-quote, “That was what he ordered.” I got a refund and left without food and went to KFC. From now on I will always go to KFC. I will sure miss that large order of Bo-Rounds. But I am certain this location on Carolina Beach Rd will not miss...

This was my first visit to this store in over a year. I was looking forward to getting a fresh bacon egg and cheese biscuit with coffee. When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed a lot of litter. I entered the store and ordered my biscuit #2 combo. When I received my order, I was missing the coffee. I asked the woman, who then got me a cup, and she proceeded to put the lid on the cup, pressing her dirty fingers all over the lid! I decided to sit in the dining area and eat my meal. I tried one of the tater tots, and I had to spit it out. They should be changing the frying oil every night! It was so full of nasty tasting grease! The egg biscuit was also very greasy, and I ended up only eating half of it. The dining area was pretty disgusting and had a rank smell to it . I decided to just throw the whole meal in the trash can and leave. The employees at this location are rude and have no customer service. This restaurant needs to be deep cleaned it smells horrible! It really is a shame because Bo jangles used to be great, but this experience really let me down! Ten dollars down the drain!. I will not be going back. This place is...

This was today around 12 during my lunch break. I placed an order with the mobile app for a Bo's sandwich. If you ask to pick up in the drive thru they tell you to come inside. I told the cashier I was picking up a mobile order and my name, after waiting in line for about 5 minutes, and she basically dismissed me and called to the person behind me in line to order. I walked to the pickup side and waited even more for someone else to help me. Finally someone in the kitchen came out and asked what I was waiting on and he brought it out to me. Props to the kitchen staff for keeping food up and hot and fresh, and I appreciate the man who helped me out, but I was appalled at how I was treated and how long I had to wait on one sandwich. I was there for 25 minutes, most of that time being ignored or dismissed. I felt like I was an inconvenience for placing a simple mobile order and just trying to eat there. All the priority is on the drive thru and everyone else is left to flounder. I understand being short staffed, but don't ever put that frustration on the customers. This location needs some serious help...
