Had to pick up an order for someone today, the store was kind of busy at the moment but I stood there by the pick up station for 15 and no one had still said anything to me. I then asked about my order that was supposed to be ready at 12:14. At the time I asked it was 12:10 and my order still hadnāt been started. I asked the front cashier about how long the wait would be and she told me she had no clue that there was a few orders ahead. She was very rude. More people came in for pick up orders and that same cashier told them all all the orders were behind and started saying ppl hadnāt paid for their order when some had. By this time the store wasnāt busy and the staff was just hanging around why one female did the drive thru and packed those orders and all the carry out orders and DoorDash orders. When I asked why canāt someone help her since no one is busy and there are 4/5 of you here. The same cashier (short blonde female ) said corporate doesnāt aloud them too. A older woman said the the same thing. A customer came up and even said how long I have been waiting and what was the issue and the same cashier rolled her eyes and said I know. During this another man also was upset for his order wait and said something and the same old lady said corporate wouldnāt let them. The guy said why they arenāt here and sheās far behind on orders. The old lady said corporate was watching them thru the cameras. Then a dark head heavier young female worker got her foot and proceeded to stand there obviously clocked out and proceeded to talk about me with the blonde girl due to myself and other being upset. Sadly the poor girl in the drive thru didnāt get any help and kept making orders as fast as she could. I didnāt receive my order till almost 1pm. Also when I first came in the blonde cashier was telling a customer she couldnāt wait till it was 5 which Iām guessing was her off time so she clearly didnāt want to be there. Worst service I have ever received! Besides me their were two other females waiting and a male. The cashier had one of the girls pay for the wrong order and then was upset and didnāt want to call whoever to fix the situation and asked the older woman to. The two ladies just cashed app the other due to how inpatient the cashier was. In girl in the drive thru deserve a raise the rest especially the blonde cashier needs to be fired. If this is the staff you plan on keeping you should expect low ratings and outrage customer. Do better hire better people who actually know a thing or two about team work and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTonight was the third chance I have given this newly opened chipotle in our town. Also the third time they have been disappointing. We will not be returning. The first time we ate there, half our order was missing. The second time we ate there, the food wasn't missing but the ingredients were not correct and the food was less than appealing . This time I decided to go inside and make sure nothing would be missing and watch them make it so the order would be correct. Well to my surprise it was still nothing short of a huge disappointment. The inside was gross and DIRTY. The line was not clean, not by a long shot . They were out of everything , what they did have was dried out or burnt.The pans were crusty and the food they had clearly been sitting awhile. Employees were not all wearing gloves . Just one actually had on gloves. Two stood in the back talking to each other, one walked around complaining about how they had to work a long day tomorrow and how they were not looking forward to it. The three couldn't be bothered to wipe a table, make fresh food for the line, sweep ...And only one young man worked the line.. just one. A line of customers started forming but no one jumped in to help make orders. Clearly only one person found it important to work this evening out of five employees. Poor guy deserves a raise and some help. Place needs new employees and new management that stays there and oversees and insures it's being ran and maintained. Sad it was just built this year and it's a complete wreck. Poor quality food, dirty inside and terrible staff with ZERO customer service let alone food service skills. Will not be back to this location until they...

They must have been in a smoke break.. Which is fine, but as they were walking in one said "great, more customers.." they went in and went straight to work.. Not sure if they even washed their hands
I get up to the counter to order, I ask for a salad. We go through the motions i get to the end and the lady at the register starts to ring me up.. I tell her I got the salad with chicken, then asked "where is the vinaigrette dressing?" She says, "we do not have it.. Its always out of stock.. Do you want me to make you something else? I wanted the salad FOR that dressing, it's the reason I drove there.. I asked, well commented" why woukd the other employee make a salad knowing there was no dressing, if he said there was no dressing I would have ordered something else.. No i dont want anything else now.. " The girl at the register says sorry and tossed it in the trash can behind her... What a sad waste of food!!
So no salad, the only thing I was craving all day. Disappointed.. But i seem to always be disappointed in the food service in wilmington.
