Placed an order via the online app. The app said my order was ready for pick up. I arrived to find both employees standing behind the counter one was eating chips and drinking a soda and had a sandwich laying on top of my ticket that they printed out but didn't make. The restaurant will be randomly closed sometimes, even if it's listed as open, so if you paid for a sub you won't be able to pick it up when you get there. There's also no system for getting a refund. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that I'm aware of the issues Subway franchisee's have been experiencing with the corporation, and I assume they are mandated to use the online ordering and list static hours of operation on the app, even if they don't have the workers to stay open.
