Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Wilmington

Stopped in this Skyline last week with my friend, as we do at various Skyline restaurants on the weekends. One of the sodas we ordered had a bug in it, so requested another. Then when the food arrived, we discovered that her food, which was ordered with vegetarian chili and no meat, contained hot dogs. She has been a vegetarian for years, so this was unacceptable, as she was unaware of this until biting into her food. All we were given was a halfhearted apology. Customer service was awful, and the employees did not even seem to care at all. They didn't make ANY attempt to make it right, other than to give us the correct food. This has never been an issue at any other Skyline. Will NEVER eat here again. If you do, check your food before...

Service & atmosphere was good but this was my 1st time having skyline chili & I don't like the sweetness of the chili. Do they put cinnamon or something of that nature in it? Gross! I scraped mine off. But didn't really help. Tiny hotdogs, like for kids. I do love the amount of cheese that goes on the food but the chili is nasty to me... Now others might like it but I do not & I'll normally eat about anything. I was sad that I finally got to try the famous Skyline Chili just to be disappointed with the taste. I took all my food home in a to go box for my kid & even he was that isn't chili mom. Lol I know if there ever is a next time that I will not be ordering anything with...

Went thru the drive thru with a order for 7 people and of course no one wanted the standard menu, every aspect of the order was modified for each person in some way. They got each person's order correct AND marked every single item in the containers! It was absolutely amazing that we did not have to dig thru boxes and sort out on the counter. I will definitely return with this level of service! Unmatched! Took 2 stars away because on this visit a basic order was completely wrong. Being the drive thru and living 20 minutes away, not worth the gas to correct. BRING BACK THE FIRST PERSON THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR...
