Horrible. I went around noon for my lunch and when I walked in there was one employee working and a line of about 7 customers. I decided to wait for food and didn't blame the employee for the slow moving line. I tried to be courteous and understanding, as it wasn't the employee's fault for being understaffed. The employee was obviously overwhelmed, and was constantly making remarks under her breath and talking to herself. Every time another customer would walk in she would huff and puff and make rude comments under her breath. I understand her being overwhelmed, but this was not the appropriate way to handle this. It made me feel extremely awkward and uncomfortable. She was flinging toppings in every direction as she continued with the comments. I made my order short and sweet to try to help her and get out of there quickly. I've worked previously in retail, so I understand how stressful being understaffed can be. All of the customers were being understanding, and telling her she was doing fine. It's not the situation itself but the way she handled the situation that was inappropriate. Read moreHorrible service. Placed an order online 1 hour before I scheduled to pick it up. When I got to the store I was told the guy threw away the order slip and that I'd have to wait in line. A line in which there was already 10+ people in. Now maybe I'm wrong, but I would have thought my order should be a priority over customers that came inside the store to order. Otherwise what's the point of ordering online and scheduling a pickup time. The boy that threw the order away was extremely nice and kept apologizing for the mistake, and even asked the woman if he should go ahead and start the order and she told him no that she would get to it when she could. She finally made the order, but I still had to wait about 18 minutes in total. That's the second time that same woman was rude to me. I doubt I'll ever go back as long as she's there. You don't treat people like that. Really disappointed...

The last employee I dealt with a few days ago was clearly on drugs standing there talking to himself and completely ignored every customer. We ALL left . The whole line of customers. Today I come in and no bread at all made. Waiting waiting waiting. Standard for this location I guess. Maybe its getting hard to find anyone bright enough to make sandwiches.... We'll blame it on covid I guess!!! Also, no tea made, out of several soda flavors. The lady finally making my sandwich heard her phone make a noise back in the kitchen and immediately stopped making my sandwich and tripped over herself to go check it. WOW. Time to clean house...
