Worst customer service I’ve experienced so far in my life. Ordered two green tea lattes at the drive through and 2 bagels. When I received the lattes, they were half full and tasted like complete milk. I asked nicely for it to be filled more and it was just topped off with more milk. I politely asked for a different latte and noticed I was charged for 3 bagels. Instead of refunding me they argued with me that I had to pay 7$ more dollars for new lattes. Once the new lattes were given to me after specifying we wanted whole milk due to an extreme almond allergy, I noticed the drinks were darker then normal. In which I asked is this almond milk and they rudely responded yes. Thank god I had realized before my friend had sipped it, which after they had to REMAKE my latte again. I waited in this drive through for well over 10 minutes. All while this happened the window was slammed on my face three times, the workers were arguing in the back saying things like “I’m quitting my job”. I never got refunded for my bagel since the window was shut in my face by an employee who gave me her name (grace). Apparently there was also “no manager” there for me to speak to. Read moreWould give zero stars if possible. Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins after placing our order. Line didn’t move an inch, so I called the store. I asked if it would be faster and/or easier if I just came inside to pay for my order. I was told they were short staffed and the line would begin moving now. 6 minutes later, no movement, at all. So I went in and asked to get my order there. It had been over 20 minutes since placing my order of 2 coffees and a bagel and none of it was ready yet. There were 6 employees at the front of the store and you could hear another 2-4 in the rear. There were only 4 cars ahead of me at the drive thru and no one inside. I suggested to the manager that if they were in fact under staffed then they should shut down the drive thru or inform their patrons they can’t serve them at this time. This was not well received. I get that he’s just a manager so maybe the franchise owners will start reading these reviews as this is the worst Dunks in the area, and that’s saying a lot in Wilmington. Again today my "large hot chocolate with French vanilla flavor" order was repeated back to me, but when I got the beverage it was coffee. But the real problem here: The drive-thru setup is a disaster. Whoever built this strip mall obviously didn't factor in the volume of traffic a DD drive-thru gets. The best way to use the drive-thru is to pull in at the Target traffic light, then approach from that side. This way you have the right-of-way to get into the drive-in line because the cars that drive around the strip mall to get in line have a stop sign. However everyone who drives around the strip mall ignores that stop sign and blocks the back entrance while waiting in line for the drive-thru.
