Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wilmington

The rudest employees I have ever met. I am deaf and generally will use mobile ordering. After a certain time mobile ordering is not available, and I have to use the drive through. Since I am deaf I cannot hear the speaker, so Ill drive to the window and place my order. I told the employee I am deaf and she proceeded to point to the speaker, I am assuming she wanted me to order there but I explained that I am deaf, and she keeps talking to me....I DO NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS SAYING. I give her my order, and she keeps asking me questions and not accommodating me. Then when she finally makes it, it is something that I didnt even ask for. Time and time I give this place a chance and I have gotten messed up orders, burnt black bagels and rude employees who dont seem to know what...

It's unfortunate when the tag on the coffee tells you what to put in it for the customer and the lady making them does not understand enough English to make it correctly. No I'm not just saying something like that to be rude. I'm saying that because when I asked for a fork, she didn't know what I was saying and eventually got a knife. I've complained because the Large Caramel Original Coffee with 8 Sugars and whole milk with an espresso shot is always not right. Missing sugar or milk or even the Carmel is not put in the coffee. The manager man with longer hair got an attitude that "I make the coffee the way it says" meanwhile he's not the one making it so how exactly do you know what was done? Consistently missing small items like hashbrowns I get for my son. Extremely...

This is the second time that I arrived at this Dunkin’ Donuts location and the door was locked (the lobby hours end around 3pm) which is understandable. But there is a sign that is posted on the door and in the drive thru that clearly states their drive thru closes at 7pm. They were closed at 6 pm. There were 2 individuals in the store who just watched each customer approach the door and did not say a word. Customers expect to receive services during the hours of operation that are posted.
