I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly renovated Dunkin' Donuts on Concord Pike, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the upgrades they've made. The first thing that caught my eye was their modern and clean layout which instantly gives off a welcoming vibe.

The addition of self-order kiosks was a game-changer for me. The convenience of being able to customize my order with just a few taps on the screen made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Plus, the user-friendly interface made it incredibly easy to navigate.

The self-order kiosks also helped to streamline the ordering process, reducing the waiting time significantly. I didn't have to stand in a long line, and instead, I could breeze through my order and pick it up in no time.

The new layout promotes a sense of fluidity and efficiency. The separate areas for ordering, pick-up, and seating made it so much easier to navigate and find a comfortable spot to enjoy my coffee and donut.

My boyfriend went in to fix a coffee that was unbearable to drink, per usual. He went in and calmly explained that this is becoming a problem and it happens a lot and he would like this issue resolved. The guy immediately accused us of ordering the coffee wrong. I always order four caramel and it never tastes like they put any inside. I have a rotation of 3 different stores and this is the only store I have ever even had to ask to remake my drink. After my boyfriend said that we always order four caramel he immediately became violent and started threatening to fight my boyfriend. He asked my boyfriend to “swing” on him. Causing a huge scene in the dunkin all over him asking them to fix my coffee. To top everything off corporate was contacted the same day. We were said that we would receive a call in 2 days from the store owner in two days and it has nearly been a week with no action to resolve this issue. So yesterday me and husband was on concord pike so we stop at the Dunkin’ donut up there my husband went in for some coffee and donut so I came out the car and told him I had to used the bathroom while walking in a white man went in to the male bathroom and I went in to the ladies bathroom behind me was a young white girl so I used the bathroom and came out I saw the entrance to the bathroom was blocked so I squeezed my way through and was being attacked for using the the bathroom by an Indian man who is the owner I started cussing me out and said I moved the barrier and went in the bathroom and that the toilet don’t flush that’s a lie I was being attacked because I’m black and he just saw me came out my car and walk straight to the bathroom people of color shouldn’t be treated like we are dogs I told him that a white man and white girl use the bathroom and you didn’t fuss at them what did I do he said you move the barrier and I said no he just kept on accusing me I felt like I was...
