Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wilmington

We used to get pizza here a lot when we first moved to the area, but not anymore. Lots of problems getting our orders completely wrong among other things. We loved their bacon chicken ranch pizza, but half the time when we called it in they said it's not on the menu and they didnt serve it when it was right on the menu! We've gotten burnt crazy fries, things we never ordered and who knows what else. And yes, the place is dingy. If you can look outside these issues, they are a pork less store meaning its Turkey ham and bacon so it's great for everyone. As for us, we are going to get our pizza from the plethora of other pizza...

They are rude and unprofessional. They said I didn't have enough on my card, so I asked them to cancel the order. Time passes & I see they took the money out anyway. When I called back they alleged that I said I would call back to complete the transaction. They made my order, and the driver was about to leave the store to deliver it. If the order wasn't completely paid for why would yall deliver it? It makes no sense no matter HOW you try to flip it. You were stealing, PERIOD. Then have the nerve to say "never call here again". I wouldn't call again boo. yall are scammers, now goodnight✌🏾. And my money better be on...

Seeing that there's no other reviews allow me. You should look for another restaurant. The pizza is extremely greasy to a rediculous extent. The italian sub was oily on the outside and nothing inside the bread actually tasted good. The meat reminded me of school cafeteria subs but for the last lunch period so they've been sitting out for awhile. And instead of giving you the hellmans mayo packet with the sandwich they've already drizzled it on for you. I don't usually do reviews but I wouldn't want you to waste your money so just...
