I paid for two Brazilian wax vouchers off Groupon. After purchasing them all the instructions said was to call the main number to schedule and I would have to sign a waiver. I called and left 2 voicemails the week that I purchased them so I could get scheduled. My phone call was never returned. I had to find a text number off of socials so that I could text. It still took 3 days to get a text messages back about scheduling. I was given a date and time and I was like okay perfect I’ll take it I was told i have to pay a deposit to schedule and it goes towards my service fee. I then messaged back and said I already paid for the service and sent a screen shot of the voucher. I was not contacted again. I kept messaging follow up questions as was not answered. I did get the phone number again and someone finally answered. I told her the situation and she told me it does not matter that I paid in full already for the service fee that I still have to pay $30 to school the appt and that I would not receive a refund incentive got there and they processed the voucher. I’d understand the charge if I hadn’t already paid for the service, but I already did so them literally saying they are gonna double charge me when they listed their company with Groupon is wrong. Also when I was talking to who ever, she just kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me finishing talking. I don’t recommend unless you wanna be double charged. Also none of this is listed in their listing on Groupon stating that non refundable $30 is also included to schedule....

BE AWARE! I was genuinely excited to try this spa for the first time and took advantage of their Groupon deal, expecting a relaxing and straightforward experience. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration. After purchasing the Groupon, I called to schedule my appointment, only to be told that I’d need to pay an additional $30 just to confirm the reservation—on top of what I already paid through Groupon. This fee was described as a “reservation fee,” and to make matters worse, it’s non-refundable. While the Groupon fine print mentions that a reservation fee may apply, it doesn’t clearly state how much it is or that you won’t get it back under any circumstances. That’s important information that should be made transparent before people commit to buying. It feels misleading and takes away from what should have been a pleasant experience. Businesses offering deals should be upfront about all additional fees, especially when they’re mandatory and non-refundable. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I hope they improve how they communicate with future customers. On the top of it, their manager was extremely rude by saying she has other customers to take care of and did not want to talk to me by excusing herself that it’s time for them to close and I’m just...

I’ll be honest.. I always read reviews before booking anywhere, and I did see a few comments about deposits and policies before coming to Lex Allure. But after hearing rave reviews from multiple friends who care about real quality, I decided to trust the word of mouth and I am so glad I did.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was next level. The spa is beautiful, clean, and the staff is incredibly professional. Every step from the intake form to the consultation made me feel cared for and reassured that I was in expert hands.

I understand that some people expect luxury results without respecting luxury processes, but Lex Allure sets a high standard and honestly, that’s why the results speak for themselves. Beauty treatments done properly are an investment in yourself, not a bargain hunt.

I had an amazing service, left feeling refreshed and glowing, and already booked my next appointment. I appreciate a business that protects both their clients and their reputation by running things the right way. 10/10 I recieved a microdermabrasion facial and my skin feels amazing!!
