Our #6 w xtra tomato had neither xtra tomato (only three small slices) nor guac. A very bland sandwich. Worse though, our Lil John #6 (a veggie) came to us as a turkey sub. Yes, it was turkey and not veggie. When I called the store to complain (we had picked up our order and taken it home) I was put on indefinite hold. Waited a while (3 minutes) and hung up. I contacted JJ customer support and was told that this shop is privately owned, so JJ HQ could do nothing but 'We do ask that someone from the ownership group reaches out to you and makes it right'. Read moreI've ordered from here multiple times. It's taken over an hour to get my food delivered multiple times. 1.5 hours once. Never given an explanation or apology or offered a discount. They charge a flat $4.00 delivery fee for going less than a mile. Today took 50 minutes and here is a pic of my "veggie sub". Yep. That's two tiny tomato slices, and 1 and 1/4 cucumber slice. Read moreWent in today for a sub. Ordered a large and wanted it cut in two with mayo on 1/2. The rude staff tried to charge me for 2 subs and said it was special order. They did not after I said it was ridiculous. Problem is all these chains here are run by snot nosed kids that THINK they should be making double what they do and the store owner is not where to be found.
