Krispy Krunchy Chicken — Restaurant in Wilmington

Krispy Krunchy Chicken has the best tasting chicken I have ever had. I'm a chicken tender guy and have had chicken from all over the New England area and nothing compares to Mike's excellent Chicken creations. The Waffle fries and Biscuits are freshly made and are so tasty. I stopped in here on a recommendation of a coworker after he told me that his coworkers told him that they have the best tasting chicken in the world... they were all 100% correct. The batter is not to thick like most other chicken, it's just right and actually light n very tasty, unlike other places where it's all teeth breaking tough batter with hardly any fresh white meat. I ordered the family combo of 8 tenders, 6 biscuits, and a large waffle fries and it was out of this world. I don't write reviews to often unless a place like this lights a fire in my stomach in an amazing way. Mike the owner was very pleasant and answered all of my questions and even offered me a sample which I was sold on the first bite. What an amazing surprise for me going to the quick Mart thinking I'm just going to get a pack of cigarettes and I find that they serve chicken in a nice clean area restaurant in the back. Place is the BIGGEST ripoff with the new owners. Ordered just a two piece, chicken and biscuit. Get to the register, and she overcharges me and says I had a box. NO, I have 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit, as I stated to you. She proceeds to tell me that I should get the fries or a second biscuit, neither of which I wanted, she corrects, still has the wrong price and I leave saying never again.
