McDonald's — Restaurant in Wilmington

I am extremely disappointed in this McDonald’s. I went through the drive through and ordered three large frappes with no whipped cream. I get to the window and they hand me three frappes that are only 2/3rds full. I ask them to fill them to the top and they say no because that’s the amount of frappe I would get if I had whipped cream on it. First, I always order the frappes without whipped cream, second, when someone I’m with gets whipped cream it is still filled to the top with frappe and has whipped cream on top requiring a domed top and third, that would be way too much whipped cream to fill up a third of the cup with whipped cream. The manager at the time only offered for me to take them as is or get my money back. I said money back if he couldn’t fill them up. He asked me to pull over and wait. I thought he was filling them up but he came out to my car after a bit and gave me a my money back instead. I assume they threw away the three frappes. I will NOT go back to that McDonalds! He said the fill line was at the 2/3rds mark and he could not do anything about it. If that is the case, then shame on the McDonald’s corporation! It...

Twice now, inside of two weeks, I have come to this location in the evening.. Both times, I was the only person in the drive-through when I arrived, and there were only 1 or 2 customers dining inside. Both times, I paid at the 1st window, and when I pulled up to the 2nd window, was instructed to pull forward to where the door is. Both times, I waited for five or more minutes, watching as others who had pulled in minutes later left the window with their food.

The first time that I went inside after waiting over five minutes, they had forgotten about me and had given my order to someone else. The second time that I went inside, my order was sitting on the counter, and the two women behind the counter are leaning and talking. When I loudly bring up the fact that this has happened twice now, the pasty white hipster of the pair decides she's going to tell me not to speak in that manner, as if she has any room to say anything at this point.

Now, I think it's great that people are getting higher wages these days. The flipside of that is these two people get paid more per hour than I do...

I work in the same shopping center that this location is in so I frequently stop by for a drink after my shifts. The employees at this McDonald's are usually super sweet but today when I was ordering I kept being interrupted, and when I finally pulled around to the window the man just stared at me and after a good 30 seconds then asked what I had ordered. I told him that I just ordered 2 large drinks and ask for a drink carrier. My first drinks were incorrect so I asked for different ones and he didn't take back the initial drink and tried to hand me 2 more drinks, still with no drink carrier and they fell and spillied into the floor of my car. I drove away anyways and tried to go inside to ask for napkins and a carrier. The man who was in the drive through walked pasted me and literally laughed in my face. I was only given about 5 napkins and still had to ask for a carrier again.

I know this is a small thing to be upset about but I just ordered two drinks and I got soda all over my car...
