Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Wilmington

Just spoke with "Robert" at the College road location and what a helpful gentleman. I'd only had their Thai Chicken Pizza before (which is out of this world delicious) but I wanted to try something new. He gave me some good ideas of what he likes and I'm going to branch out tonight with something new. Not sure which pie yet but I have faith that it will be as delicious as the Thai chicken one. Purpose of this review was really to just thank Robert for his patient customer service. It seems that more and more places are putting their customer service training aside and just hiring rude, unprofessional people who feel like they're doing you a favor. What a breath of fresh air to talk with someone who obviously has a passion for his job and will go far in life, no matter what road he takes. Thank you Robert, you're a good man and sometimes the simplest things make the biggest differences in life. Have a good weekend and tell your bosses you deserve a big fat...

Whenever my husband and I are in the Wilmington area (we live 2 hours away) we like to stop and get pizza at Papa Murphy's. We are from the West Coast where Papa Murphy's is a little more common so when we get up here to get pizza it's a real treat. Kinda like a taste of home in ways. The establishment was very clean and the 2 young gentlemen who made our pizza today were so polite and even offered us a cookie dough to take home as well. Robert, this is Marlowe... My pizza tonight, if not the #1 Best I ever had, was definitely in the top 3! Perfection...been missing it so much. Was recently diagnosed with diabetes and have to lose weight...so I won't be back every week like I used to but hopefully once a month. Never going so long without one again!
