I went to Yatz today to purchase food. While I actually did not dislike the food there was a HAIR in my food. This prompted me to call and I was offered a refund. When I returned another woman stated I needed to have returned the food. Food which was already thrown in the trash at my home. I explained that I would’ve happily brought it back had that been previously requested prior to my return however she then proceed to be belligerent and disrespectful. I will not only never recommend this place I will also never return. This is hands down the best place in the entire world to get a cheesesteak, I have been going here since I was a little kid, everytime I go I get a large cheesesteak with onions, ketchup, and provolone for the cheese, and of course this is accompanied by a big bag of Herr's sour cream and onion potatos chips and a grape soda. This order has yet to fail me, it is delcious everytime with a perfect amout of every ingredient, I love this place, and I would reccomend it to anyone who is looking for the best cheesesteak...

I just spent almost $18 on a large Italian sub that literally, I’m not over exaggerating, 2 to 3 thin pieces of lunch meat wrapped around a bunch of lettuce. It was like biting into a salad. This is ridiculous. I feel like I got robbed. when you charge a premium price, you gotta put some meat on there. Really shortsighted.
