Aggie's Hot Subs — Restaurant in Wilson

I had the worst experience on 10/24/16. As I was approaching the store to order my food I called a colleague of mine on my cellular device. I walked inside aggies and literally stood at the front counter for about ten minutes. I then began to ask a group of people that were siting to the left of me if they knew if someone was in the back. Then this red-headed girl stated "I ain't taking your order until you get off the phone." In a rudely way. Now remind you I had no idea that she even worked for the restaurant due to the fact that she was sitting at the table with a group of people and she never acknowledged me when I walk in. So I then as I politely got off my phone I asked the young women "where is the sign that says that" ? Now I'm not from Wilson and I don't eat at this restaurant so I wasn't familiar with what they had going on. Then the young lady stated "it should be in the front". I told her I don't see a sight here. So another employee got up and got the sign that was not at the front counter and said "oh here it is". The young red-headed lady then began to say "well it doesn't matter if there is a sign up or not you people need to understand that that's just respect" so in my mind I'm asking myself " who are you people" now as she was still arguing with me and being rude she was still sitting down with her friends. So I was about to order my food after all the disrespect and then she snatched my money from me and that was the last straw! I will never eat from this place nor will anybody I...

I normally like this place but unfortunately The way I was treated yesterday was unacceptable. The mail I ordered came with rice and vegetables. When I arrived home after a long day expecting to enjoy my food I found that the food I ordered from this establishment provided me uncooked rice and uncooked vegetables . If you are hungry and have been anticipating Eating something that you crave and receive it way less than what you imagined you can only imagine my frustrations. I called them And told them what happened and they . told me that they cannot do anything about it. No one of the most frustrating things is going somewhere to pick up food for them not to fix it the correct way in them advise you to come back as if that is not costing you gas to travel back-and-forth for a meal that you already paid for with them . They refused to reverse the transaction on my card and assist me in any other way let’s just say I will not be going back because last night was one of the coldest nights for them to expect me to go back for...

Tried this place for the first and last time the customer service was horrible Kelly ITV that’s is her correct name because she may have lied but she’s the African American girl at the register was too busy on her phone to get the order correct she had a attitude when I told her my cheesesteak was made without cheese and she forgot to put in my order in correctly there was missing items from my order , when I asked to speak with a manager she ignored me and acted as if me as the customer was not worth her doing her job correct . Would not recommend this place to anyone the prices on the menu are not correct and they do not make you aware of the change in prices no where in the restaurant do they have the correct prices for the items .
