McDonald's — Restaurant in Wilson

I am so beyond tired of this place...I can not tell you how many times that I have been here in the last 5years. Out of an estimated 40 times per 6 months, I will be nice and say 5 times I had my entire order right/on time. Now I know that most places are short staff due to the pandemic we have recently experienced, but it has been before and after it that has had wrong orders come out the window! Just on Monday alone I sat at the 2nd window for over 15mins waiting for a McChicken?! I watched car after car leave and not until I called inside did ANY1 even care that I was there. When I got to the window the lady started to hand me wrong order & I stopped her. She looked pondered when I told her that was not mine. I asked her whats going on and she asked me to move down to the next window!? I had an issue with my order days before this and both times I tried to just sweep it under. All that money spent for remodel is about to be a waste as I hear & see people constantly saying that they are tired of it. The workers are either playing around in the kitchen or on their phones AND WE WONDER WHY ORDERS ARE NOT CORRECT? I rather drive a few mins longer to get it...

I went there for breakfast this morning and went to the drive-thru. I ordered two number ones and when the cashier asked me what I wanted to drink I asked if there was an up charge or extra charge if I wanted orange juice and the cashier said no. When the order came up on the screen, I saw a two dollar charge for orange juice. When I got to the cashiers window, she said it didn’t show an extra two dollars for orange juice on her screen but after she charge my card and the receipt printed that they clearly showed an up charge. she looked at me with a blank stare. I went to the next window for the food pick up as they had me the orange juice I said that the person who took the order said there wouldn’t be an up charge for the OJ. She was rude as was the manager who came to the window who ruly asked me. What did I want instead. I said I didn’t want anything else and he said well I’ll refund you for the orange juice but it’s gonna cost you more for your order. Couldn’t they just have told me there was an extra charge for orange juice? and did I have to be treated so rudely because I asked for...

The young lady "taking my order" asked if she could take my order & then proceeded to say, "What was that? I was talking to someone else" Then she STILL wasn't paying attention to me. She made me repeat myself when I could barely talk without the urge to cough or gag because I inhaled something by accident earlier in the day and it was resting on the valve that controls the windpipe and my esophagus.

When I FINALLY get to the window, another young lady said, "I'm sorry. We're don't have biscuits anymore." I said, "I didn't order a biscuit. I ordered an egg & cheese McMuffin.(for my vegetarian friend)" She said, Oh." And then talked with someone for awhile. She then came back and gave me my total, handed me my change and my drinks (which thankfully were right). She came bag with the bag after what was longer than necessary. I get home. No egg & cheese McMuffin. They don't answer their phone. Now I have to drive back over there and bang on the door of the dining room to get some service. It's 10:51pm. Do you know where your...
