Waited over an hour for an order that was placed IN store. So much of a delay that the account used to order was credited automatically by the app for the long wait time. Being a newer location, I understand that they are busy, and had it just been an extended wait period I would have understood. While standing at the front waiting for my order to updated, one of the employees kept coming from the back to check on everyone EXCEPT myself. She asked about 3 other people who had not only ordered after me but were also lower on the wait list other names and orders to update them but skipped over me each time she did so. Then when I finally get my order one of my 2 broccoli cheddar soups was noticeable less filled than the other. I brought both containers up to the counter and just asked for my other soup to be properly filled; the cashier came back with who I assume was the manager who proceeded to tell me the soups are “pre portioned” and that it was filled to the correct level. I then proceeded to remove the top from the other container to show the difference, at which point all the employees just kind of stared at each other for a minute and just told me that the more filled one just have received an extra scoop and did not even attempt to remedy the issue. So which is it, is the soup pre portioned or manually scooped. Not worth the wait, I also heard other customers complaining about consistency issues and low quality food. Read moreUPDATE: We gave them another try today for 12 bagels, a sandwich, and 2 flavors of cream cheese tubs. Hubby told them the bagels he wanted, and he watched as they bagged them (correctly)...they took them to the back when they were preparing the sandwich, then brought everything out together. Hubby had to dash because we had somewhere to go. Somewhere between bagging them out front and taking them to the back, we ended up with a completely different bag of bagels: Two flavors he didn't even ask for and the wrong quantities of everything else. Basically, about 6 bagels that no one will eat. The cream cheese? Two tubs, but both plain. Literally, the only thing that was correct was the sandwich. We had to hit the road; otherwise, we would have gone back for replacements (they were also running low on flavors by that point so we still may not have got what we wanted if we had made the trip back to the store, anyway). SO disappointing and a WASTE of almost half of the money we spent. 🙄
I was excited to have a Panera in the FP community, but I'm disappointed to learn it's basically a mini-Panera. The baked goods section is VERY small, and they have no brewed decaf or decaf espresso drinks. They do have a decaf machine that serves hot and iced; I tried both, and they were awful. I love the brewed decaf from the Panera on Lake Boone in Raleigh and was looking forward to enjoying some close to home. I'll stick with Dunkin' just...

Manager is super rude instead of giving my mom her refund and a apology she came to argue I will be speaking with corporate this week I don’t know who these people think they are but you will NOT treat my mom like that you are all in for it glad I remember who was at the window. Save your time and money they need to shut this place down and restaff. We were drive through the young man at the window forgot our order after waiting 45 minutes they decide to start making our order and tells us it will be 20 more minutes. My mom requested a refund they proceeded to slam the window in her face. Manager started yelling they are making the order. My mom asked for a refund nicely now me I do not tolerate that treatment these folks are lucky the cops didn’t get called today because my mom could have drove out of that line I could have called the cops and made sure she got her change back but I will be speaking to the owner and have already reported this location earlier today.
