Okay, this is an average sized CVS and is moderately busy. The pharmacy does a huge business. This can be a good thing as I have found. They are able to access most medications very quickly. I commend them on their change to their telephone system. No more HOLD! It asks you to leave a message and you WILL get a callback within a half an hour. You talk to a real person who gives you real help. Their drive-thru gets a whole lot of business to the point where sometimes there's a 10-minute wait. But that is made better by seeing Rosie in the window. She is a very wonderful person who goes out of her way to make sure things are right. And she always has good smile! So do the others. Read moreVery disappointed in the unprofessional behavior of some of the employees at this pharmacy. I use them for my rx's HOWEVER I am moving them to another location after hearing the black girl with the long dreads talking about a customer and his rx for his dog VERY loudly to other people in the pharmacy. If you do not like your job, give it to someone else who is more professional and doesn't talk about customers and their medications loudly, gossiping. There is a HUGE issue with gossiping at this location in general, you hear it while shopping in the store.
I was there in the aisles shopping, not even at the pharmacy when I heard her talking badly about people.

I REALLY don’t like the new process for calling in a prescription to the pharmacy!! I have two prescriptions that must be called in the morning they become eligible to be filled and I have to speak with the pharmacist!! The new procedure for calling in a prescription to be filled, is placing a call to the pharmacy and then you must leave a detailed message for the pharmacist, then wait for a callback from the pharmacist to have a prescription filled. to having to leave a message for the pharmacist and then wait for at least an hour for a callback from the pharmacist and repeat the reason...
