Worth the Wait!! Me and my wife have been watching it be built and very excited for them to open... I can say as two people who very much enjoy ramen this is a great conformable restaurant that dosen't try to make it feel pretentious.... its ramen after all I feel previous reviews are looking for the fake pintrest ramen shops from California and missing the point. From the start the place feels very clean upscale but not over done we were sat in a booth that was private but didnt feel like a cave. It was my wifes birthday and the staff had no idea untill about halfway in but still treated us like the only guests even though it was a busy night. The waiter was very knowledgeable and helped us get started with braised pork belly Bao Bunns and we ordered spring rolls. I am a ferm believer in the quality of the spring roll will tell you how much care they take with the rest of the meal. We were not disappointed the braised pork belly was not overwhelmed in sauce but the subtle sweet notes backed by the earthy pork was only out done by the pristine way the pork was cooked not over done to the point it was just jelly but it had just enough bite to alow you to enjoy the experience. The egg roll did not disappoint clearly made in house as the inconsistently in size demonstrated that the goal is the flavor and ingredients. It was served with an amazing sweet chili sauce that was so good it didnt have that overwhelming citrus vibe you get from store bought sauces and it alowed you to fully experience all the flavors in it. My wife ordered the black garlic ramen and I chose the spicy miso ramen on the recommendation of our waiter. Both had the chashu pork and baised on the Bao buns we were treated to earlier we eagerly awaited them to arive. Service was prompt but not rushed and we were not overly handled like some chain restaurants train there staff to do. Rather it felt private and me and my wife were alowed to sit and talk but never felt ignored as with the size of the restaurant I felt like at any moment I could get our waiters attention. When our ramen came it was amazing the broth was full of flavor and as expected the pork was cooked perfectly not overcooked but certainly not undercooked the flavor was there but not overwhelming and alowed each ingredient to be its own experience. The staff came out and sang happy birthday to my wife honestly i had forgotten that I had mentioned it. I do wish they had waited till we were done with our food but I understand that can be hard to judge in a busy restaurant. They brought us a slice of mocha crape soo good light and fluffy but packed with great flavor. When the meal was done we wanted some sake to take home and our waiter even though he told us he didn't drink he was able to accurately describe each option and we left with a bottle to take home along with some of that great house made sweet chili sauce. (My wife couldnt beleve I asked but our waiter said it was a normal request) My one con and I know this is a loosing battle with new tech but I hate the tablet paying process even though it happens table side and your not required to go up to the counter to pay. The square tablet makes it feel like im paying at Chipotle and its my only gripe. I know thats a small thing to be upset about but something about handing the waiter my card and him scan it table side than hand me the tablet to chose from 3 tip options cheepens the experience and likely would have tiped more if given a section to write in a tip. Overall great place for a sitdown place that produces an amazing ramen with out the pretentious attitude that some shops try to make this icon of japanese confort food something it isnt. RaRamen will be a great stop that me and my wife will add to our regular...

Let’s begin with the miso ramen soup, a bowl that is as much a work of art as it is a culinary triumph. The broth, a rich and velvety blend of white miso, is both umami-packed and perfectly balanced, with a subtle sweetness that lingers on the palate. The noodles, house-made and cooked to a flawless al dente, provide the ideal texture—springy yet tender, soaking up the broth’s complex flavors without losing their integrity. Topped with a vibrant medley of fresh scallions, nori, and a perfectly jammy soft-boiled egg, each spoonful is a harmonious symphony of savory, creamy, and earthy notes. The addition of tender pork chashu adds a melt-in-your-mouth decadence, making this bowl a must-try for ramen aficionados and newcomers alike.Equally impressive is the chicken ramen soup, a lighter yet equally captivating offering. The broth, simmered to golden perfection, is a delicate balance of chicken essence and aromatic herbs, with a clarity that speaks to the kitchen’s dedication to quality. It’s comforting yet refined, with a subtle depth that unfolds with each sip. The noodles here are just as impeccable, paired with succulent slices of grilled chicken that carry a hint of smokiness, elevating the dish to something truly special. Fresh shiitake mushrooms and a sprinkle of black pepper add a layer of sophistication, making this bowl a standout for those seeking a lighter, yet deeply satisfying, ramen experience.
But the true star of my visit—and my personal favorite—was the takoyaki. These golden orbs of perfection are a testament to the kitchen’s skill and creativity. Each bite-sized ball is crisp on the outside, yielding to a warm, creamy interior that bursts with the briny, oceanic flavor of tender octopus. Drizzled with a delicate balance of tangy takoyaki sauce and a touch of Japanese mayo, they’re finished with a flourish of bonito flakes that dance enticingly atop the dish. The interplay of textures—crisp, creamy, and chewy—combined with the umami-rich flavor profile, makes these takoyaki an absolute delight. They’re the kind of dish that sparks conversation, whether you’re sharing them with friends or savoring them solo while marveling at their artistry. 10 out of...
Read moreI was so excited for this new Ramen place and had been waiting for it to open. My family and I went during the weekend of their soft opening, however did not have a great experience. We were sat quickly, right before they went on a wait. Our server brought us our waters and took our orders in a timely manner. After 45 minutes, they brought us the chicken rice bowl. The rice bowl was really good, but the portion was very small. After another 20 minutes, our server comes to tell us our ramen would still be a while. At that point we were ready to just leave, and I asked how much longer it would take. She said she would go check and never came back. No tables were sat after us, so it was confusing why the kitchen was so backed up. Eventually our ramen came, the chicken ramen was okay but the beef rib ramen had no meat on the bone. Considering the prices we were disappointed with the portions and felt it wasn't worth the cost. This being a new restaurant I can understand if things get hectic or they’re still working out the kinks, but not even the customer service made up for the long wait times, lack of communication, and overall disorganization. I had to go find my server to ask for silverware. As I walked up, she was speaking to who appeared to be a manager, and the manager responded with “Huh?” Very unprofessional. It seemed like all the tables around us had also waited a long time for their food. It would have been appreciative if a manager had gone around to check in with the tables, acknowledge the delays, and perhaps offer an explanation or some form of compensation. If I go back it would be for the chicken bowl, however I would appreciate a bigger portion or a more reasonable price. Overall, the food has potential but the service and value for the price just didn't meet expectations. Hopefully they can address these issues because I would like to...
