Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wilton Manors

Pizza-Fail, Customer-Fail, All around-Fail! :(

The last time we ordered pizza here we got NO Garlic sauce, which is the entire reason my kiddos wanted papa john's pizza. So this time, I was sure to order 6 additional garlic sauces for 3 pizzas (everyone would have their own sauce).

The driver came and (1) parked partially on our driveway, partially on the grass, and partially in the street. (2) Brought no sauce as per the order (and paid for extra sauces). We had to call the store from the street.

A girl named Shanissa answered and I asked about the 6 Garlic Sauces. After putting me on hold 3 times, she said they were sending the sauce and the driver was on the way... to meet my inconvenience. I said, "if you'd like to help with the inconvenience factor, perhaps you could credit me the gratuity or service fee back to me, since we will get the sauce after the pizza is cold". She said no and I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was not allowed to put a manager on the phone, and would not give the manager's name.

I called back and spoke with a manager who agreed to send the sauce and said they would either (1) send the sauce OR (2) credit back the cost of the sauce, it was MY choice. But there is nothing they would do for the inconvenience. IE: They can't credit back the delivery fee or gratuity, even though the driver didn't deliver the sauce to begin with. We had them deliver the sauce and 2 different drivers showed up with sauce after the pizza was cold and mostly eaten.

We won't order from this place again. Not just because they forgot the sauce (twice), but because of the attitude and the lack of customer service, or any desire to be a customer-centric business. Clearly, they need some training from corporate, and/or they just don't care about the customer experience, when there are so many other pizza...

Order was completely wrong! My daughter ordered wings from papa johns from the Wilton manors store. She called to order my 16 piece wings because I wanted two different flavors. We called a young lady answered the phone my daughter ask the young lady on the phone could we have two flavors of wings in the 16 piece she said yes, took the order down, told us everything was set and hung up. 45 minutes later they delivered the food my daughter order was accurate but my order of 16 with the two different flavors wasn't. Instead they gave me buffalo with the wrong side of dipping sauce. My daughter called back they told us that they couldn't do the order with two different flavors after the young lady who answer the phone the first time did. We wanted a re -order they told us we had to return the food we already had. The wings that they gave me were just wings on top of sauce the sauce were no where on the chicken itself. We called back they kept answering and hanging up the phone and when I finally got a hold to someone I heard ppl talking in the back ground ask should they hang up on me and I couldn't get a hold of a manger for about 40 minutes. They had me on hold on the phone for 20 minute. We ask the manager for corporate number instead of giving us the number he gave my daughter a refund and a new order. My daughter tipped these ppl and we got horrible service when we were nothing but nice....

Call at 8:45 for a pizza I’m less than a mile away on 1041 my pizza has not arrived they said they went to the wrong street I told them Avenue and they went to Street and then return the piece of through Uber now the manager says he warmed my pizza because it was returned and they’re re-delivering it I don’t know how they warm up pizza do you have to put it through the rotary thing and fully cook it I told him I hope you didn’t use the microwave in the meantime I got my toaster oven out put it on the counter and I’m still waiting on the pizza in three minutes will be two hours and he didn’t offer any discount and I still have to tip the Uber driver I’m on heart medication and I have to take one a day with dinner Xarelto last time I was starving and couldn’t take my medicine I was actually waiting on a pizza two years ago lay down in bed and then three days later woke up in the hospital coming out of a coma I died and had no vitals when the paramedics got to the house I have no idea how I got there or what happened other than I was exhausted hungry and had to take my heart pills that I was put on the previous weeks prior they’re not worth dying over I made some toast and had a piece of chocolate nice dinner at 10:43 PM good luck with...
