Update- I was offered an apology, which I appreciate. I understand the delivery was made to the church on time and on the correct day. As I stated before, the recipient did not receive the arrangement. I also never received a photo so I have no idea what the arrangement looked like. If you are ordering for a funeral, I’d recommend you send the flowers to the recipient’s home instead.

Original review I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. Unfortunately, I later found out the intended recipient didn’t receive the flowers. I reached out to the florist but was only provided a note that the arrangement was delivered to the church and no apology that the flowers were not delivered to the intended recipient. The note also had the occasion mislabeled as birthday instead of sympathy.

I am very disappointed especially since the recipient name and phone number were provided at the time I ordered the flowers. I live out of state and chose this florist because of the good reviews.

If you order from here, be sure to follow up after to make sure your recipient gets the flowers. I would not order from here again based on my experience and the lack of customer...

This flower shop completely stunned me the moment I walked it. I was looking for a flower arrangement in a $50 price point. I work at a bougy restaurant and it was for a guest of mine. Upon entering, I was greeted by a gentleman (completely forgot to get his name) welcoming me to the shop. I advised him of my price point and within literally 5 minutes the masterpiece in the picture below was created. Absolutely stunning. I must of had 10 people ask me where I got the arrangement (I told them the name, but in hindsight wished I would have gotten cards of his). I am assuming the gentleman is the owner of the shop and, wow, is he extremely talented. I also bought an adorable candle (for myself). He explained the candle and the additional gift that came with it. Once I got home and opened it to burn it, I discovered how IMPECCABLY wrapped it was. I'm overwhelmed with JOY how my experience was with La Fleur. I called the store and spoke with Daniel and tried to explain what I wanted for a small dinner party of just 4 but wasn't sure I was able to explain exactly what I wanted. Well....IT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND MORE ! This arrangement is absolutely stunning and cant wait for the couple to arrive for dinner. But most importantly... Daniel truly listened to my needs and truly delivered. Plus...When I arrived after he picked me off the floor of excitement lol. He also gave me other options if I wanted to add other colors or vases things we have spoken over the phone with. I said....NOOOOOO ! Thank you but... THIS IS IT !
