Starbucks — Restaurant in Wilton Manors

I have been to my share of Starbucks and to the Wilton Manor's location probably 100 times over the past 10 years. When they were at the old location I have to say that the service was terrible and the baristas were bordering on sarcastic and catty. Since the move to the new location I have to say that it is night and day. I since have moved to Sarasota and have not visited in months and today I went in and there was a Barista named Brandon that was standing next to the Manager, also a really nice girl that was listening to me place my unique order for a green tea with specific qualities and ingredients. Brandon remembered my drink to a "tea" no pun intended. I was blown away as he repeated it to the manager before I was even able to order it.

His pleasant demeanor at genuine memory of myself and my drink was amazing. GIVE THIS DUDE A RAISE!!!!

I wanted to follow up on my previous review and say that this location has continued to get better and better. The entire team there is accommodating to special orders and even remembers them. There are times when I come in and Art will see me and already be preparing my drink if there is not a line of other patrons waiting. It will be ready even before Matthew, who is also amazing at remembering my weird drink has rung me up. I would also like to mention Cara and I think his name is Josh, forgive me if I am wrong. They too have stood out with their amazing customer service but the WHOLE team there has been so good to me and I see them also relating among each other.

Lastly I was in there on Christmas Day this year and what an amazing attitude that they all had for being away from their loved ones...

How can I say I didn't like Starbucks I can't! It's my number one favorite coffee my favorite place to go the atmosphere is fabulous the people who serve you the coffee barristers are wonderful they're all knowledgeable highly trained they're efficient and the service is exceptional. Simply Stellar..! All New Refurbished interior and all day choices of Bold and Like coffee! Yay! Starbucks beats " Dunkin Donuts coffee" HANDS DOWN " IN FLAVIR & TASTE! MY OPINION OF COURSE...! I love it over Dunkin' Donuts any day of the week and then some they can't hold a candle to Starbucks which is the Premier number one coffee company in the world in my personal opinion! I'd like also to point out a wonderful Barrister by the name of Angie at the location I frequent....! She is a " Dedicated Employee & extremely Versed on every designer coffee drink there is at Starbucks...! She is Personable & Highly qualified & is super kind & friendly to All customers that walk in" With a " HELLO & WELCOME TO STARBUCKS"..! IT makes you feel warm & welcome there! Margate location "...

Staff is not particularly friendly and won’t respond to “good morning” or “thank you” at the drive thru.

Common sense seems to be in short supply as well. I ordered a hot coffee with “a splash of cream and an ice cube or two.” I wanted a hot coffee that was cooled off just enough to sip while driving. I order this all the time from Starbucks all over the place. I never have a problem.

When they handed me my coffee, not only did it have way too much cream, but it was absolutely lukewarm, closer to cool that warm. I think they put an entire scoop of ice.

I used to be a barista for Starbucks and I would never have handed out a drink like that during my time as an employee. I ended up dumping it out. I couldn’t drink it.

My other experiences with this particular Starbucks have been generally unimpressive. Never great, but not exactly bad either. Anyone who has ever worked at Starbucks, though, knows that the morning hours are most important to their success.
