Awful management. Their recent disaster is poisoning birds - lots of dead birds have been found on the property after a recent condo board meeting during which management discussed poisoning them. According to a resident, “These poor birds were falling from the sky landing on some of the residents balconies and suffering horribly. Management lied to us and said the substance would not kill them." Even worse, a resident’s Chihuahua came into contact with the poison and needed vet care. Management that is cruel to wildlife is usually not much better to people. Any humane organization can help them humanely address this problem. SHAME ON THIS PLACE FOR...

I’ve lived here 14 years, anyone who visits sees it’s like a township within a city. gorgeous in every way, for anyone who claims overpriced or HOA fees, it’s mapped out everything that you pay for and it’s frankly a deal to have everything included, 24/7 security, pool with waterfalls, two jacuzzis, ample guest parking, underground garage resident parking, up kept like a 5 star resort. Very clean. The workers are actively helping to keep the community safe and operational. There is security on the grounds. To be as nice as it is; its right next to train tracks. But offers extra storage which is helpful. There is an area for bike owners to leave yours bikes inside the building away from the elements which is great. Its also secure.
