Starbucks — Restaurant in Wilton

Worst location in the area. Workers socializing with each other not acknowledging guests. Drinks are never done right. Always long lines. Bathrooms are always uncleaned & low in supplies. When I place an order for my drink to use my personal cup, drink made in plastic carafe & left to the side to get cold while I’m standing there holding my personal cup waiting even though I announced I was there with my personal cup. Older more mature employees are needed at this location, not young lazy students too busy socializing. I will never use this location again, I will use Dunkin’ donuts in the area instead & the Starbucks on CT Ave which is the best...

Disappointing Customer Service Experience. I’m a regular customer and usually love visiting your stores, but I recently had a disappointing experience that I wanted to share. Very disappointed, unfortunately today it wasn’t a good experience, I paid my order with some credit that I have on the apps and the difference on my credit car and they just added 5 $ tip on my cc, when I asked about it they told me oh Sir you just must press the tip button accidentally, instead of apologizing they tried to blame it on me, when the manager came he offered a credit of $4 for next time because he couldn’t refund it.
