Dates I've called D&D to pre-order w/o an issue. 6/14/23 8/20/23 8/24/23 10/27/23 4/27/24 5/4/24 5/11/24 6/8/24 Today 6/9/24 I called to place the same order- box of Jo & box of munchkins, (sometimes I order 2 of each), which I've placed 8 times before, please see above dates. Why do I call to pre-order? Because the 1st time, I made the mistake of walking in & ordering a box of Jo. The employee politely requested that I call in the order as a box of Jo empties 2 pots of coffee. I apologized as it didn't occur to me. On 6/14/23 I started calling my orders in. When I arrived, my order was always ready, the employees were always polite and friendly, so I always tipped....well. Today, a young & rude male refused to accept my order over the phone. He hung up on me when I inquired as to why I couldn't order over the phone as I had ordered by phone 8 times before. A friend was standing next to me, she ordered on the app. I arrive, order was not ready - "Can you pull around? We'll bring it out to you." I never had to wait when I called it in, which is why I called it in. You use the app, you wait. 5-7 mins later, 2 rude, condescending humans, 1 male(?), 1 female, delivered the box of Jo & box of munchkins. They were laughing & joking, they thought the whole thing was funny. I tried to inquire/explain.....snark was all I received. I was so angry I flipped them off as I drove off. For that, I apologize, I'm better than that. I ordered ahead because I have a planned event & always counted on Dunkin. What angers me the most, the piss poor customer service. Dunkin you...

On April 1 around 7 a.m., an employee at this Dunkin' Donuts yelled and screamed at me... over a napkin. The employee said that she could only give out two napkins per customer. I explained that I needed more because of a bagel I ordered - she refused to give me another. I found a napkin behind the counter and got it. The employee proceeded to give me the wrong order. I went back for the right order and she yelled and screamed at me for five minutes. She called me "nasty", threatened to call the police on me, and screamed at the top of her lungs it was "her" store. I complained to the corporate hotline and I was told that a manager would call me. The manager "Mark" called me and originally said he would respond to what happened. Instead, "Mark" called me back and told me an employee found my social media post about the incident. "Mark" sounded more concerned about my social media post about the incident instead of a customer's safety and well-being. He added that the employee was disciplined but still works at the store - and that I could just "go to the Dunkin' down the road" instead. I explained that there is an issue of customer safety at this store, and many people from the community go to this location.
Sad to say that both "Mark" and the company have not taken this incident seriously. Chances are very good that this incident will probably happen again at some point in time with an employee disrespecting and screaming at a customer. Please avoid this location...

I placed a Mobile pick up order for “walk in” but had to pick up via drive-through because the lobby is always closed to the public for some reason.. I went through the drive-through, and since I ordered on the Mobile app, I pulled right up to the window… When I got there, I was “greeted” by a female worker, who very rudely said “next time you need to tell us when you’re here” - we apologized because we didn’t know and before I could even say anything else to her she was walking away but I asked her to l please add whipped cream to the drink because there is no option in the app to add it. I know she heard me, but she pretended she didn’t, and came back with the drink without whipped cream… I then again asked her… can you please add whipped cream, she rolled her eyes, put the smallest amount and handed us the coffee. If you are going to be miserable at work, then don’t work, especially in a place where you deal with customers every single day all day. Another reason for my one star review is they just clearly don’t care which is so raw when you work with customers making food and drinks. When I am paying for some thing, I want to get what I ask for. I asked for no ice in my coffee and they still put ice and I asked for a certain amount of flavoring and it’s clear they did not put that amount because it doesn’t taste like anything.
