Dunkin!!!! Your girl Annie understood the assignment! Well done, well done indeed ma'am. Ok, so let's start out by saying this, I rarely go to coffee places and order coffee. I'm that $.88 cup of black gas station coffee kinda girl. That being said let's talk about my morning. It has been rough! My keurig machine was pitching a fit so I headed out without coffee. I planned on grabbing a cup from the 7-11 but their parking lot was chaos and their pumps were shut down so I ended up pulling into the Handi-Mart to run in and grab a cold brew Monster and a Protein shake to use as the creamer. They had the Cold Brew but no low carb/low sugar protein shakes. I was feeling a bit defeated but I grabbed the cold brew and figured I would hit another gas station for the shake when my girlfriend who I was on the phone with said "Order from the Dunkin drive thru. They might have something.". I pulled up and was immediately met with a super friendly voice who understood that I was after heavy cream, a lil bit of flavor and a large cup of ice to mix my already purchased cold brew in. Annie was on it! She hooked me up with a large cup of ice, heavy cream, the flavors I asked for and enough space left in the cup to fit my cold brew PERFECTLY! Is it too much to say that this woman is now officially my hero? Annie, darlin, you are a gem. Thank you for making this grouchy old gals morning shine a good bit brighter!

I usually go to the one on Millwood and regret not doing so this am. Ordered sandwiches that tasted like chemicals, Ordered an iced drink with 3 shots (paid for the 2 extra shots) that could not possibly have had them cause it tasted like milk and was no darker than an order with a single shot. plus watched the drive through lady feed a dog in a car with her bare hand then without pause (or time for washing) proceeded to assist following window customers. Wouldn't recommend at this time UPDATE 7/24; this morning they charged and gave us a "caramel macchiato" which was awful. This afternoon they admit to having been out of espresso all day and giving us coffee with cream and caramel and offered no repayment for lying and charging us for the wrong drink this morning. I’ve been to better Dunkin’s. I pulled up to the drive thru, waited about 5 or so minutes before saying “hello?” into the speaker because no one had said anything when I pulled up. No one was in front of me either. My order was super easy, just a caramel iced latte and a blueberry muffin. After being told to pull forward, I waited about another 5 minutes again for someone to take my money, then another 5 minutes for them to hand me the wrong order. I got handed a sweet tea and a donut. I politely told them that this wasn’t my order and got an attitude immediately. Not sure where the order came from, since there was no one in line but me, but it was definitely not mine.
