Royal Inn — Hotel in Winchester

Place had bed bugs beware!!!!!!!!!!!! I rented for one week place peace full but they have bed bugs I had 2 children with me plus my husband and when I went to the office the lady made it seems as if I bought them in and I know for a fact another lady was mad and told the guy she need a towel right away so she can dry her daughter off so she can hurry up and leave because her daughter got bit up. Then my husband friend dropped him off from work and came in for a couple of minutes as soon as he gets in the car she starts yelling at him said what room did u come from and he said why does it matter I just dropped off my friend from work she said to him dont come back here and then I was outside of the room and told her that he was my husbands ride home well there is no visitors allowed and we dont need people like him here and we asked her what do u mean by ppl like him and she could not say anything then I asked her was he rude and shes like yeah but I am for sure it was because he was black then told her no problem wasn't told no visitors said never heard of renting a motel with ppl could not visit we were planning leaving to another motel until my apartment was ready but this place was cheap could afford it plus every other place was more expensive so tried to pay for another week she would not let us. But I am glad to leave we are getting bit up but because could not afford another place my poor kids have got so bit up be aware. I will tell you this the guy who cleaned the rooms was realy nice I wish I could warn more ppl and do somthing about the ppl who keep letting ppl rent with bed bugs I know there bed bugs because me my husband and kids have the same bits all over them and I took them...

MASSIVE INFESTATION!!!!!!! I pray you read this and the rest of these reviews before staying in this place... I was bit head to toe with bed bugs. I managed to collect 4 very large bed bugs put them in a cup and take them to the office.. the very very rude and down rite con artist women that works the front desk and owns the hotel told me that i brought the bugs with me and that she would not issue me a refund for the days that i paid for in advance. So basically your going to get kicked out of this place lose your money and have bites all over your body. And if you read reviews from 4 years ago this is nothing new. This is what she does.very sad. So i pray that you read this before staying here. No one deserves this!! And its sad that she will let children just walk into these rooms knowing what the outcome is going to be. Dont stay here!!!!!!!...

BEWARE i didn't do research before i stayed . The motel at first seem quite an reasonable. People seem fair. Bout week after was here i found bedbugs in the bed huge bedbugs. I had never see them so pulled them up on line. SURE enough it was BEDBUGS!!!!! i told the owners that they was in my bed at once. There Responce was THERE BACK.. I said yes.. They seemed to be trying to spray the room wit cheap bug spray .for several weeks they only got WORSE. I asked why they didn't get a professional .there Response was it cost $600 per room. That cheap considering i was paying 258.00 per week too sleep wit BEDBUGS!!!!!!. And plan on staying for bout a year cause of my job... will finish the rest of cost once i have had my clothes drycleaned to see just how much i save by trying stay somewhere cheap.will post the cosy...
