House of Smoke BBQ LV — Restaurant in Winchester

I actually heard about this food truck on social media and I was live in Costco when I saw the food truck in the parking lot so I made a U-turn and I had to check it out. The gentleman in the window was very nice and kind. He took the time and explained everything on the menu to me. His service was outstanding! The ambience of the food truck was neat and clean. The surrounding area of course was busy, but they kept it tidy and secure. There was another food truck in close proximity, but there was never any issue with that food truck or its patrons. I decided on a two meat combo which included ribs and a hot link and I will say I was thoroughly impressed! The ribs tasted like your uncle was in the backyard barbecuing for hours and hours. Then cook the ribs another hour just to get the sauce glaze on the ribs correctly. But yet the meat was not dry in anyway possible…barbecuing is truly an art form and not everyone does it correctly!!! I will say I was not as impressed with the mac & cheese, but the baked beans were definitely a huge hit…..however I plan on returning so I will try a different side...

I felt welcomed from the moment I entered. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented, making every dish a visual delight.
